One of the two brackets needed to attach the towel bar to the wall was defective, making it impossible to hang the towel bar. We had issues that delayed the project, so discovering this on day 33 after being ordered means no help from Wayfair. Very disappointing.

Delta sucks
I purchased a Delta towel rack. The screw connecting the rack to the mounting hardware didn't work. I tried multiple fixes and contacted their warranty department. I was on hold for over 3 hours before they disconnected me. Just before disconnect they had they said I had to contact a different company and they never contacted me.
