It looks great. Finally getting the finishing touches on our kitchen remodel.

This is absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Our ceilings were a little higher than originally thought, and even though it was a little hard to work with because it was a little bigger than our hood it looks amazing!

It wasn’t the correct stack for the hood vent. I sent an email to your help center asking how we return it because this is for a new home build. We didn’t need to open it until recently and noticed that it was not the correct one.

Very difficult to install and definitely a 2 person job. The looks of it is great though.

Fits perfect! Better than the one that came with our original hood.

This unit gave me the perfect height for my range hood. The color is nice. Easy too clean with a swiffer extender. Makes my ceiling in the kitchen look taller. Love it.

NOT COMPATIBLE!!! Horrible customer support. Will not purchase from Wayfair again as a result of them providing compatibility recommendations that are inaccurate and not offering returns.

Seams don’t match

Seams don’t match…not even close and didn’t notice until installed☹️

2 pieces 2 different bevel bends

Purchased to reach ceiling after remodel and noticed right away this chimney (2) pieces do not match. Didn't make since to return to Lowes and contacted Winflo directly. They responded quickly and sent another to me at no charge and it was the same defect between the 2 pieces. I would be pretty certain this part was made out of country and they have a lot of inventory with the same problem. So be warned, not a simple install as you wish for.

It was not the color I needed

Love this product! It was exactly what I was looking for and at a price that fit our budget. It was easy to install and works great!

Ive got 10 ceilings in my kitchen so this extension was just what I needed to complete the look. Just be sure you get the right width, as I order a thinner one unknowingly the first time!

This extension matched perfectly and allowed the chimney to go all the way up to 10’ ceiling.

Had to order the extension but had to mix and match from the original set. And the range hood does not have a crown and the top of the hood - you must use caulk and it looks unfinished. The range hood is beautiful but a crown at the top is needed. I have searched and I cannot find one that fits.

This range hood chimney was the perfect upgrade to our kitchen. The quality is superb and came well packaged. Installation was very easy.
