[Rewarded Review] Not good stopped working in 15 days

Purchased on 11 March 2024 and received it 15 March 2024. Today is 1 April 2024 and it sounds like a washing machine out of a balance or similar to machine gun fire. Not happy.

Great product. Quite. Easy to setup and use. Less dust in the house. Cleaner smelling air.

I plan to buy another before winter!

I purchased the PlasmaWave 9800 for our kitchen and eating area when the whole-house filter could not keep up with Canadian forest fire smoke this summer. I had to use my asthma inhaler everyday, even when I stayed indoors. Winex purifiers had kept appearing on all recommended lists; the Winex in my gym is remarkably quiet, so I decided on this brand. It also seemed like a good dollar value for the quality. My husband set it up fairly easily. We did not want to use the Smart Phone app as cell phones do not work well for us here in the mountains of Western North Carolina. We played with the button settings for a day or two and then set it to "auto". Just great! My asthma subsided and the air smells much fresher and cleaner in our space. The "yellow" setting goes on now and then when we are cooking, indicating the smoke is being purified on a higher setting. The 9800 is right behind me; my poor hearing is very sensitive and I am not bothered at all by its sound. Customer service a delight to work with--I purchased this same model for my daughter, who thought it too large for her space, so it had to be returned. I plan to buy another of this model for my living room before winter. We will be protected then from both fireplace smoke and germs. My spouse loves that this goes on a darker "night" mode by itself--he hates LED lights at night.

Best WINIX I've purchased. Low speeds are quiet. Does a large area. Comes back on by itself after s power outage, thats a plus for me since power blinks frequently.

[Rewarded Review] Works Great Air seems fresher

I’ve compared this to two other brands I own, and have decided replace the other brands. Main reason is noise and air flow. The Winix app is very easy to use and set up. The style of the Winix works better for my room design and the airflow is higher than the other more expensive brands I own.

Cleaner air and less dusting!

Have had this for about a month now and I must say that I have already noticed a tremendous improvement in the air quality in our home. No more do I see dust collecting on our black furniture after just a couple days.

[Rewarded Review] plasma wave feature is not good

we loved this at first, then the plasma wave feature started acting up. We'd turn it off and it would turn itself back on. After a year, it started to bother us. We changed all the filters and still had trouble. We think it was the plasma wave never turned off and it irritated us. We contacted the company and had to response or solution. Now we have a big paperweight we can't use.

I have bought 2 for my home.

It is quiet and has a nice stream of clean air it adds to the room. My neighbor likes hers too, same model

Filters well, quiet and seems well built

I use the 9800 in a 400 sq ft room. It clears the air quickly and the plasma wave is freshening. However, the light sensor disables auto mode in low light and this can't be defeated. Must use manual

Works well but wifi issues.

Work well and are pleasing to the eye. The wifi keeps disconnecting. The c545 from Costco stays connected which is strange.
