Great Small Space Desk

Great design for small spaces and we use one of our pub chairs that matches perfectly. So glad we found this at Target.

I am using this as a standing desk. What I love most is that it's in my bedroom (only space I can have my office) so at night after I'm done working, I fold in my laptop, etc. and 'close up the shop'. Then I don't have to see the keyboard mouse etc, just looks less cluttered and it's also not reminding me 247 about work! The little drawers house my mouse and usb drives. Perfect height for standing desk too!

Perfect height. Nice look. Compliments my formal desk that sits in the middle of my office. The stand up desk sits on a side wall. A good buy for me.

Such a great value for a standing desk!

I LOVE my new standing desk! This thing is solid. It was a little difficult to put together by myself because once I put the legs on, it was really heavy to turn over. I must say, though, the fold out desk is too heavy for the teeny hinges used for it. Another reviewer used removable shelf brackets to brace it while opened, so I bought some folding shelf brackets so I don't have to worry about removing them. Works fantastic!

Love the size of it. I have plenty of room to put on my laptop, keyboard, books and note pad. Sturdy. Good quality.

I don't recommend

The fold out table top would not hold its own weight. It began pulling the nails out literally as soon as I unfolded the top to the open position.

Common Chinese workmanship.

Very functional once fixed. Bottom support bars misaligned but easy to fix with some tool skills. A typical product from China/Walmart.

Quality product at a great price

desk surpassed my expectations. High quality solid wood construction and great design at a truly outstanding price. Assembly was simple. Would pay much more for comparable quality at a retail store.

Love this desk. I use it almost every weekday. I bought it as a standing desk, and I have a drafting chair for when I want to sit. It is compact and far more attractive than most standing desks. I am 5'6" tall, though, and I use it opened up at my height. I imagine it could also work as a standing desk for someone who was a couple of inches taller if it was kept closed.

Pretty cool piece. I needed an occasional desk for use with laptop. The size and price were appropriate for what and how often I was going to use, as well as apartment living. Recommend with an anti-fatigue mat. This is a sturdy piece.

This desk is everything I wanted! I'm very happy that I foynd it on hayneedle.com, saving us about $70 to $100 for the exact same article. It looks perfect between my kitchen and Living room.

Interesting and unique addition to my living room

It's a perfect addition to my living room, which is long and this breaks it up nicely. I have a high wicker stool to complement the table. I didn't put it together, but person who did said it was a little bit frustrating (not a big deal).
