Customer service issue.

The shelves are what I expected. Assembly was easy. The only issue is one of the racks was dented. I tried several different options to get in touch with customer service. I had no luck. I wanted to speak with someone.

Would recommend & purchase again

Just as described – easy to assemble and sturdy (adjustable dials at the bottom of each leg for extra sturdiness) and can hold a lot of weight.

Good sturdy shelves, easy to clean and nice about. Terrible instructions for assembling it, a picture and arrows is not enough. It took 3 of us a good hour to put this puppy together.

Easy to put together. Once you get the hang of where the black shelf clamps snap in place it works great. I had to slide them till they it the rings. There are no verbal instructions. I purchase this for a slightly damp closet. It will not rust or warp like wood. I started purchasing this type of shelves for my sons dorm room. There easy and easy to pack for a move.

Really like this shelving unit. The only hard part was getting the spaces between the shelves the same. Had to count and recount the notches and reposition the brackets to get equal distance with each shelf. Some of the top caps on the legs were pushed into the tube/leg.
