I had to replace my first La Crosse weather station which wasn't as advanced. I love this one. The graphics are crystal clear. The print is big. I love that it shows inside and outside humidity too. The forecast seems to be just what is going to happen in the next couple of hours. But otherwise definitely worth the money.

Clock/Temp

This clock is so easy to read. It has color distinction for inside/outside temps and humidity. Love it! Large face so it is easy to read! I love knowing what the weather is outside before I head out for my morning walk!

I like that the indoor and outdoor temps are large enough to see across the room. The different colors, once you get familiar, make it easier to know what each one is for. Good batteries last a year or more. This is not the first one I have owned. The outside unit/monitor seems to stop working after 4 or 5 years from the heat and cold. But it's well worth what it costs!!

Overall good station but viewing angle of screen is limited. For best viewing one must view it from slightly above so putting it on a shelf/wall may be troublesome depending on the height. Measured temps seem to be accurate as they match very closely other thermometers I have.

Love the weather parts of this La Crosse needs to enlarger the clock numbers and change the colors as well. I’m 6 feet away from it in my bedroom and strain to see what time it is.

I have several of these stations and use them every day. I have one at each level of our house to monitor the inside and outside temperature and humidity. It's really amazing the difference in temperature between the floors, unless you have zone heating. The humidity readings are good to control your in-house humidifier if you have one on the furnace and to keep track of the outside humidity during the summer. I also placed one of these units in my family room since the fireplace is there. This gives me an accurate temperature that's produced by the fire. What is nice is that you can use one sending unit outside to 4-5 units inside the house. The sending unit will give all your units the same temperature and humidity level from the outside but will show the humidity and temperature from the room on the inside of the house where it is located. It's a good unit and has a battery backup if needed. Overall, it is a good unit and very dependable.

Great display for indoor and outdoor weather data. An added benefit is being able to push one of the top buttons to see the heat index. One minor flaw is not being able to see the display when the instrument is tilted back in the usual position. I made a stand for it so I could see it while sitting in my recliner so the problem was easily solved. Setup was easy because of the excellent directions. I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
