Love this faucet set for my newly remodeled bathroom with modern theme. The design os elegant and the flow is pretty good at 2.5 gallons per minute. The only problem, which I guess is true for any freestanding faucet, is it shakes easily. You need to be gentle while using it.

Just had this installed by a plumber and the handheld piece leaks every time the faucet is used (even if the handheld piece is not turned on). Major bummer. Worried we may not pass our plumbing inspection because of it, not to mention the waste of money on a pretty but non functional faucet. What a mess! I hear the Kohler faucets are better and wish I had bought one

The aesthetics of the tap are quite nice. Once installed, the tap is not as sturdy as it should be. We had it professionally installed and the plumber was not able to get the base plate of the faucet to come right down to the floor. He said that the tap itself does not attach well to the floor.

I really love how it all looks. it truly looks great in our bathroom the only thing I don’t like is the fact that it’s only supported by the base of the spout. After a while I started to notice that it would wobble whenever I would use the spout. So if you plan on buying this stile of tub filler be gentle with it.

Haven’t installed it yet, but it came perfect and all parts are there. Is heavy and great quality! Packaged well and looks exactly like the pictures. I’ll update once installed with my own pictures.

Beautiful, simple piece. It is nice to have a square option. Simple controls and you flip between the wand and spout with a simple twist of a knob. We’ve been using ours for months with no issues.

The shower head LEAKS BAD. The pics are when the water is OFF. First time using my new tub the faucet leaks all over the place. It keeps on coming out after you turn the water off. I’m so sad bc it’s already installed. Don’t waste your money.

I was initially happy with the finish and quality of this tub filler. However, now we have installed the finish and my bathroom remodel is done, this tub filler is not secure. The base and waterlines are a very nice set up. The long length of the filler is only secured to the base with a tightening screw like with toilet paper holders. It just can not stay with the tension to keep the faucet from moving and swaying atleast several inches.

Bought this faucet for my master bathroom remodel. Love the Matt black finish. Sleek look. Contractor installed with no issues. Water pressure is good. Handheld will be helpful when cleaning the tub. But note that once you turn off handheld it does drip for quite a while. Let it rest in tub for a bit easy solution. Would definitely recommend. Added bonus is wayfair customer service. Best customer service compared to other retailers by far.

Upon installation, the faucet leaked significantly at the on/off handle. I called Customer Service and they were very helpful and a replacement arrived within a week. The second unit leaks as well but from the faucet so it drops into the tub, not on the floor. The hand-held sprayer leaks after shutting it off, so it is unusable. Definitely would not recommend!

Beautiful tub-filler. I got the brushed gold and it matches my fixtures exactly. My contractor said it's well built so I'll take his word as this was my first one. I personally only put a 4 stars BECAUSE I was expecting this thing to be pretty sturdy and unmoving but my contractor says all the tub fillers he's worked with do rock back and forth a bit and hence why he always puts them to the back so no one leans on it. Take that for what it's worth. If true...then 5 stars and for sure the price was much better for the finish than anywhere else!

Very beautiful faucet with footed elevation base to allow for easy installation. The faucet could be installed easily and completely and the floor built around it without having to shut the water off until the floor was completely installed, and the faucet added later. saved time on our project.

Absolutely beautiful faucet set! I love the little white accent on the sprayer handle to break up the otherwise dark hardware. Packaging is stellar and this really feels like a high end piece. Could not be happier.

The freestanding tub filler faucet is modern and works well. It is elegant and does not tarnish. I especially enjoy using the hand-shower with it's swivel spout when washing my hair. It compliments my bathroom because it looks elegant and is constructed from solid brass
