Disappointed

The washer door broke almost immediately and pieces to hold the bassinet up have broken. Replacement parts are not offered rendering the toy useless. Very frustrating after spending so much money on this item.

Easy to put together. Good instructions. Nice color combination. We bought accessories so it really turned out nice!! Granddaughter loves it!

Excellent for toddlers +

Took a while to put together, which we were prepared. Have had this for over a year now, and it's amazing! Many reviews say it's poor quality, but I have to assume it's the users not putting this together properly. Ours is solid. Take your time to put it together. Our cousin has the same one and it's 3 years old and it's still kickin' pretty good!

I would not waste your money on this

I was very excited about this product. Thinking it was Melissa and Doug I would have expected a better quality product. Great concept but poor execution of final product. Should be able to withstand many years of use, not days before breaking. Both my doors have broken off, the cradle constantly falls and the clothes bar.

Don't purchase!

I usually love Melissa and Doug products but this is super cheap and flimsy.... Fell apart right away. The crib won't stay on. All the doors broke. Nothing works well and it was so much money for what you get!! I wish I could get my money back.

Disappointed

I bought this as a birthday/Christmas gift. I have had it to long to return and many of the pieces are broken and unusable. Extremely disappointed

Not worth the money

I got this for my daughter and it took so long to assemble. The parts are low quality. She only played with it a few times until the washer door broke. There's no way to repair it. For the price, you would think they would include the extras (play toys for bath or fake food for baby) but it doesn't. It looks more elaborate than it really is.

DO NOT BUY

We purchased this thinking it had everything our little girl could dream of. Yikes were we wrong. Everything falls off and breaks. The cradle falls out constantly and won’t stay in place. The clothes rack does the same. Doors broke instantly. The entire thing is a heap of junk. We were so disappointed because it is literally the perfect concept but this was not designed for kids in any way shape or form. Very disappointed in Melissa and Doug because we love their other products! We ended up just donating it because our daughter who is 5 became frustrated with it breaking constantly.
