Love the look and price of the shed. Assembly instructions were very good. My only complaint was working with the delivery company and when the product arrived it had been damaged during shipment. Unfortunately the doors were both bent. I was able to assemble the shed, but the dented doors are a daily reminder of the poor delivery experience I had for this product.
Lot of work
You need absolute level ground to build this on. Very flimsy and very easy to bend and dent. Highly likely the wind will get this if not secured to a slab or other means. Not very secure to keep thieves out by any means. It is almost impossible to get the peak of the roof sealed on a larger model than what is shown in the assembly video.
Love the shed! My son assembled it over a three day visit, as I tried to stay ahead of him with the million screws! I painted it to match the house as it sits adjacent to the garage, and it looks as if I was always part of the property. Although my grandson dented it with a bicycle crash, the siding popped back out nicely. I has weathered two snowy winters now, thanks to the roof reinforcing kit and the paint has held up perfectly. Very happy with it.
poor
Received it and had scratches on some. Some instructions only had pictures so you had to guess. Some pieces had no numbers on them. Dents very easily. Had to buy longer bolts because the ones provided were too small. My platform was solid and level but still had to drill pilot holes because some did not align that were provided. I generally love putting things together but I hated every minute of this unit. I doubt that this unit will last one winter.
This is a terrible product. I do not recommend it. We followed very carefully every steps to build it properly. We even built a solid foundation to insure its stability. We installed it between our house and our neighbors' house where there is almost no wind. Not even one year after the installation, after the nicest winter ever it's absolutely destroyed. Not worth it whatsoever.

Too many misaligned holes, VERY, VERY thin metal one might use for a child's playhouse.. Leaks terribly. Have to caulk everything. Extremely poor instructions. Worst purchase I ever made. Would have returned it, but it was 280 lbs. and I was paying people, so it would have cost too much to disassemble the frame, etc. and find another one. The frustration was unbelievable about halfway thru. I am now stuck with a piece of garbage.

Built the shed by myself in 12 hours. It's pretty straight forward, however, the instructions were counter intuitive at times. A couple pre-steps for the beams had your build them out only to have your remove and replace some of those bolts later when installing. The job itself was easy for me relatively speaking, although the only real stress was the mundane part of screwing all the screws in and how time consuming it became. But the overall experience was easy and thats by myself. I found a way to join sections of the roof to structure by placing a wrench in a wedged position so that I could go on top and tighten the bolts. Tedious install but relatively easy. Make sure you create a level base floor and wear gloves. If you notice the holes don't line up perfectly, then give it a nudge and hold it down so you can screw it in. If your making new holes with the screws, then your messing it up!
Read the manual ahead of time and this will go smoothly. You need to get a few things in advance, and only build this with two (or more) people and an electric drill to screw everything in. Do wear garden gloves for sliding the walls in as you could easily cut yourself by forcing the metal sheets down.
Woodridge 8 x 6 steel storage shed
After reading both good and bad reviews I thought I’d give it a try. The shed looks great. Follow the directions to make assembly easy. There are 2 important steps to do before starting assembly or nothing will line up:
Lasted 3 Weeks
We purchased this shed, the optional beef-up kit to strengthen the roof, and the wind tie-down kit. We followed all of the instructions and it assembled fine and looked great. The shed has a 75 mph wind rating, but after one day of 30-40 mph winds, the shed is completely destroyed. Half of the roof panels have ripped through the screws and have bent backward. The sides of the shed have been dented from the wind are starting to rip from the studs. The plastic trolleys that hold the doors up have broken so we no longer have usable doors. None of this is covered under the warranty, and it is not salvageable. We've had to disassemble and dispose of it, and purchase a new shed. Do not waste your time and money on this.
DO NOT BUY!!!!
Impossible to put together. I am not a first time do it yourselfer and have build all sorts of things including sheds. Everything is misaligned on this piece of junk. Building this on a perfectly level concrete slab yet nothing is straight. Holes are completely missing where they are called out. Had use self tapping screws to connect some parts sonce holes werent drilled or were drilled in the wrong place. Had to make my own wall panels because the included panels didn’t fit where they were supposed to. Avoid this brand of sheet metal sheds at all costs. Better off building your own out of lumber or buying a pre built plastic one. I would take it apart and throw it away if i had a dumpster to use
There’s a lot I want to say about this shed, but I’ll try to be as brief as I can while still being helpful.

Shed went together fine as a second shed in the yard - I did it over a couple of days by myself. Built on treated 2x4 floor frame with 3/4 plywood floor. The whole thing rests on 4" blocks with gravel and heavy mil plastic below as a vapor barrier.

I read the mixed reviews before ordering and had some hesitation, but I ordered it anyway (the style and price were ideal) and took my chances. I'm glad that I did! The hardest part of the entire process was getting the wooden platform/floor level. I had six concrete blocks to support the assembled floor, but had to work with a tree on one side, stumps on two sides, and a phone line on the fourth side - and the ground was rocky with a large unmovable rock just under the surface at one point. Once that was done, the assembly itself was easy by comparison. Time consuming, but easy. It was like the largest Erector set I've ever assembled. You really have to read the instructions carefully and in their entirety, look at the pictures carefully, and do exactly as they say. I followed every step exactly as written/drawn and I had zero issues. Every hole lined up. I also bought the beef-up kit for the roof and its installation was just as easy. The time required to build was longer than they said, but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. If you take the time to do it right, making sure it's square, level, and assembled exactly as described in the instructions, you'll be pleased with the process and the outcome.
[Rewarded Review] despite the bad reviews, this is a great shed
I bought this shed for the extra storage space that i needed! It was around 650 dollars, and a bargain at that because the local shed dealer wanted over $4K for a 10x12 shed. So already, we saved a ton..
This shed is not 6 ft by 8 ft. . More like 5 ft 7 in by 8 ft. On the site it says 71.25 inches but the shed is not 71.25 inches, I made a platform for the floor in preparation but it was about 5 inches too wide. The width and height is correct. So now my shed is standing on my wood platform in which I did not need to make 71.25 inches, I cannot figure out where they obtained that measurement. The instructions are poor at times not explaining procedures properly, I put pieces together and then had to take them back apart because there was “ make sure you do this instruction “. It took me an 2 other helpers about 13 hours to assemble. ( it is like putting 6 gas barbecues together lol).

Good only for space and getting your things in a somewhat dry environment. The plastic washers(NEEDS RUBBER Washers) cause a bad seal, resulting in leaking. Very disappointed in the lack of information on the flooring you would need to put the shed up. I spent a lot of money on the foundation after I had to return the floor kit due to it being only a raising tool so your things are of the dirt. Nowhere did I see info on what the floor-kit was good for. Just assumed it was a frame I could put on a raised foundation. This is not the case(Very thin metal, not strong). I needed to return it an make a floor out of wood. Then I spent a lot of time and money on making sure the shed would not drain into the floor of the build to prevent rout and then it still leaks due to cheap washers. Now I have to go over the roof with rubber spray to help prevent further leaks. It is a very nice looking building. It is very thin metal, so it does dent very easy though. I was also very disappointed in the front door water prevention. Rain blows right through the door due to lack of a seal even though the door is square. When the water hits the door it travels down the door to the slide door guide which catches water and lets water go directly to the foundation you have made. (there are drain holes but they can only lead to the foundation causing rout). And the whole front(gabble) design(SIDING) lets water seep in the joints and into the building,(Bad siding design).Same for the back. Overall I was very disappointed in the purchase. This was going to be a wood shop finishing building. for staining and another things that need to be out of the environment, free of a lot of dust, and (RAIN) for my business. I have had this product for 2 months now.
Love the various Sizes
So then, we were going to have a large shed built along our rock wall, alas with the long list of things for our contractors to do, we kind of got impatient and decided to go this route instead.
