This is helpful, because I’ve changed my initial selection, at times, due to this. This rug accentuates my very contemporary design style. It has a good pile, and the black in the rug adds the perfect boldness. I placed it underneath my sectional, coffee and end tables that are in my living room. My sectional is black, and accent walls are gray. My tables are black lacquer geometric shaped.

Soft and well made. Looks even better in person

Love, love, love this rug. It is even better in person and with the bed we bought we bought to go with it. I thought it would be flat, but it actually has a little plushness to it. It's very soft under your feet. We bought it to go with a charcoal pedestal bed and it looks amazing. We have so many ways to decorate. Love the possibilities. It's very well made. We couldn't be happier with this purchase; especially my son, who is finally in his own room at age 14!!!

Extremely fast shipping! Which is why I'm not giving one star. What was in the package was severely lacking. The colors in the photo look distinct and bold. As you can see in my picture they are speckled and not bold. I understand the rippling from the very good packaging but I'm sure if it was a thicker and better quality rug there would be less of that. It's much thinner all around than I expected. Returning seems like a nightmare so I'll keep it but will never order another rug online ever again. This rug had raving reviews and I'm now not sure why. This rug in no way shape or form resembles the picture. Extremely dissatisfied in my first purchase from Overstock!
