Economical option

Had to replace old rotten vanity cabinet. The paint is thick. hardware slightly better, knobs are good quality. had to be assembled. It is still laminate over glued pressed wood build. Got it on sale yet wasn't a steal of a price.

The wood is so cheap it was falling into pieces when I was trying to assembly it. Ended up having to throw it away! Waste of money

Just OK

First it took me almost 2 hours to assemble. One pair of screws was just too short. I replaced them with longer pan head screws. The glue had leaked and was dried up. One member had a center screw hole and the 2 adjacent dowel hole missing. An arrow sticker on one of the pieces was labeled 180 degrees in the wrong direction. The center piece that the drawer slides are attached to is too large. The back end of this piece isn’t attached to anything. I cut a large chamfer starting at the edge of the drawer slide and ending just above lower back horizontal member because it came too close to the drain coming out of the wall. The member the hinges attaches to is only held in place with two small screws. This member takes all the load of the door which is heavy. I replaced the two countersunk screws with larger screws pan head screws. I also added a bead of glue and an additional screw. If you’re not very handy, I would pay a little more and buy one that is already assembled.

I was so excited to find such a great deal on this vanity. I had been searching for a while for this color. I was disappointed to discover a couple of flaws in the wood from shipping but my husband was able to repair them to avoid a return. I love how perfect this vanity looks, especially the 3 drawers!

bad instruction and loose dowels

The instruction is not thorough enough for a smooth assemble. They did not label the proper screws used in some places. The dowels are so loose they don't hold the structure even with glue in the holes. I have to buy new dowels to make the whole thing secure. If I have a larger space I would choose another vanity for sure.

Very good value

Many of the negative reviews about this product have some truth but, they all helped make my experience 5 stars. The cabinet needs full assembly. This worked to my benefit as my application has side plumbing. I was able to lay the right panel right up against the old cabinet, trace the holes and drill w/no measuring. Also, I'm extremely mechanical, so the instructions were reasonable to figure out. If you aren't mechanical, invite a friend over, take your time and enjoy a fun rainy Saturday morning - save the alcohol for the toast at the end, though. Have it delivered to the store. Inspect it there and they will help you load it. It is too heavy for home delivery and risks damage. The cabinet quality is as good as the unit I was replacing. Finally, I got a pack of rubber door/drawer bumpers and applied spray white lithium grease to the drawer rails/wheels. For the price, it runs like a $400 model. With a quality sink/faucet, it should provide a lifetime of service while retaining its quality looks.

Incorrect Instructions

The plans instruct in reverse the location of the draws. The set up I needed is exactly as the above picture, drawers on the right. If you follow the instructions for this layout the drawers end up on the left. This was for my own home, but I am also a contractor.

This is the cheapest and best 24 in. bathroom vanity you will find. Easy instructions, easy to put together, sturdy, well built, and it comes with my favorite kind of screws and locks to build it! Plus, it looks amazing! Highly recommend!

Adjust door/hinges and reinforce particle board

Went together pretty well, just needs a good bit of adjustment/extension in the hinges/pivot points to get the doors to meet in the middle when closed. Beveled edges look better than the flat sided cheap ones. Mates up with a 25" wide sink well.
