Be ready to buy a 1/2 escutche plate after install
Recently did a bathroom renovation for myself. Other then moen having a shipping delay for the trim kit everything else came in fine. Finally got my main trim kit for the shower handle. And customer service tells me when finished installing the shower handle. Anywhere from a 3/8 gap up to 1inch gap is acceptable to them for space between where the handle sits to the trim plate. How is the response for this problem be “can you move the shower body back in the finished wall”. Very upset that now I have to wait another week and potentially pay another $160 for a 1/2in escutcheon so that I don’t have a massive gap between the trim kit and handle.

Very happy with this retro style set to replace a corroded shower unit that lasted 40 years. I always purchase Moen when possible because of the lifetime warranty and excellent customer service. Moen representatives never argues or makes me defend myself when I call. The company will send either replacement parts or an entire new unit.

It’s a very good quality and beautiful design. Looks great in our newly remodeled bathroom.
Poor quality
We bought all Moen fixtures for our bathroom remodel 2 years ago. Loved the Winford collection for the shower. Yesterday the shower head was down to a trickle. On taking it apart it seems clogged with water deposits. Since it cannot be cleaned with chemicals how are we to repair it? We have a water softener.
Not as advertised
Not as advertised. This is not a universal fit for valves. Product cheaply made also. Not at all what I expected from a Moen product at this price range. kohler, Delta, Kingston Brass make a much better product. Returned

The parts that came with it did not fit ok...
The parts that came with it did not fit ok n the valve and now we have to wait to have it special ordered as a replacement ...
