Macy's cancelled sale and then increased price

Long time Macy's customer and furnished most of my home through them. This review is more about Macy's than the sofa, but felt I should share. I purchased this sofa after Christmas 2023 when it was 40% off for ~$1300. Macy's sold it to me and provided me a receipt. 10 days later, I received a call from Customer Service and they claimed the sofa was unavailable from the manufacturer. I returned to the website and here it is for twice the original price. I searched through other vendors and found the exact same product for less than half what Macy's is selling it for. Very disappointed in Macy's on this one, especially after being a such a devoted customer.

Hard but looks good

Great looking sofa but bottom cushion is hard as a rock. has zero give. Realky hoping it softens up over time.

Not comfortable, too hard a seat, almost a bench

Love this couch. It is firm but is pleasingly comfortable. Seat is firm and the back is soft. It is good looking and has very clean lines. The visiting dog left his hair as a calling card, but his claws didn't leave any scratches in the leather.

Neighbors complimented the dove grey color. Materials feel high quality, definitely sturdy lumber. Back cushion is perfect firmness,butt cushion was too firm for my liking. Returned due to a large dent in the side ( but I still highly rate the couch,I'd just say it's better for sitting on than laying down)

Absolutely love this sofa. Very heavy duty, firm cushions. My cats have jumped up on it several times and there are no scratches to be seen. The back cushions have easily accessible zippers if you ever need to refill the stuffing. Very happy with my purchase .

Style, quality and comfort are all 100% The base cushion is firm but not too firm. Seating angle is just right and the padding on the arms is substantial enough to lay back against. This piece is a great value!

Fantastic sofa for our formal living room! It is rarely sat on but we get so many compliments on it. It is very sturdy and I feel the leather is of good quality.

This is a beautiful couch. Real soft leather and a contemporary look to it. The only thing is it is not as plush as stated in the listing. Still a beautiful design.
