The directions for construction are not clear. It also doesn’t have enough ventilation so you’ll need to drill holes in the sides and back. Doors warp. I bought 3. Same issues with all. Still not a horrible buy. They are worth about $60 tops though.

no floor included. you have to build a wire/wood floor as it doesn't come with one-wasnt missing-not even included in instructions.

Does the job

Happy with the purchase, does the job. Tray at the bottom is very handy for cleaning out and also how the roof lifts off at top. Comes stained, but I have also stained myself for extra protection with a green outdoor wood paint. Good value for money, as seen similar elsewhere for a lot more.

it is not as solid and sturdy. the pull out tray is the floor, so how suppose clean it with out moving the rabbit!!!

Rubbish, poor quality

Arrived damaged but no time to send back. No pre drilled holes to help with position, metal tray dented, instructions basic and hard to understand. Can’t see this lasting long.

Nice hutch reasonable price

Good for indoors, no idea how long it would last outside. Feels flimsy putting it together but once done, it is solid and of good quality.

The cage is pretty but not size I thought it was. Good for raising chicks till ready to go outside. But really not made for a rabbit to live in. I was disappointed.

Completely unsuitable for any pet! Look at the photo and you can see huge gap where tray is an pet could squeeze through and escape- not to mention draughty. The tray is sharp metal which would injure pet on the corners. Bedroom area division panel is 3 inches off the floor - why? No point in having it if it’s this exposed. Very poorly made and definitely not fox proof! What a waste of money and can’t get through to customer service to return

Instructions are horrendous -

Instructions are horrendous - worse than IKEA’s pictures so a lot of putting together and taking apart to rescrew. There wasn’t a mention that the tray on this has a gap front and back - so don’t really rate it. Not big enough for a rabbit or 2 Guinea pigs.

Not safe from large animals

There is a large gap at the bottom, between metal slide out tray and bottom of the hutch door, big enough for me to fit my hand through so a fox or cat would be able to do the same. There is also only one flimsy lid catch on one side meaning a large animal would be able to open the other side. My husband had to modify the hitch to make it safe, purchasing the materials at our own cost. We contacted Robert Dyas and they refused to offer a gesture of goodwill.

Using as a brooder box for chicks

The instructions are not very clear. We have three screws and another metal part that I still haven't figured out..... but, the primary function of housing the chicks is perfect. This is lightweight and has a solid tray without wire mesh. It provided adequate protection for my baby chicks. In my experience, even outdoor pre-fab chicken house structures use similar materials, so this is what I expected.

Instructions were not as plain as they need to be. Quality of material is not gradualar enough or strong enough to keep other animals out. Easily broken if not careful.
