Botched Order

I did not receive chairs. One day after ordering I called Macys to change color. I was told could not do that. I would have to cancel order and reorder. The only way to cancel was to wait until there was an attempt to deliver chairs and refuse order. I am going thru that process. I would like to reorder in the color of my choice but now the price is no longer sale price. I don't call this customer service., Macys has always had a good reputation (even since Hudson's) but service is probably outsourced so not helpful. So Macy's lost out on sale and I lost out on chairs I really like but for the color.

Cozy but a little un-sturdy

These chairs are so comfy and a great accent to my sun room. I love the soft teal/aqua color. They firm but soft and cozy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, is the legs are a bit un-sturdy. I can feel them shift as you move in the chair. No issues with them breaking, just not the best quality. Despite that, I'm very happy with them and would recommend.

Very nice size

These are good size chairs. Always worried that I’ll get something really small, considering the price. I ordered 2. One of them had slight damage where the upholstery was stapled, it was coming apart. But it was easily fixed. They are firm. When I sit my 5’7” body, my feet just barely touch the floor. Assuming/hoping they’ll squish down a bit after use. The cushions do not come off. They are sewn in. The color is a darkish blue-gray.

We purchased 2 of these chairs as an update to our living room and they are so perfect! Very stylish and exactly as pictured. They came well wrapped and boxed, and the fabric is very nice. The seats are firm as mentioned by other reviews, and the legs took a little finessing to be sturdy, but work well for our purpose. We would recommend them.

I ordered this chair in the color “linen”. I received the chair today. Chair itself was really nice and appeared to be good quality. The color was definitely not what was pictured online as linen. It was more beige and darker. Even the packing slip said “beige/khaki” (which isn’t even a color option) but the item numbers matched for “linen”. Will be returning and getting the slate blue. Customer service was great with the exchange.
