The screws don’t match the holes, making it a frustrating process to assemble.

A very uncomfortable chair! The back height is made in an awkward angle so it doesn’t quite cradle your back comfortably. For reference, I’m 5”5. The legs are also uneven so it constantly moves every time you sit on it. Requires some sort of wedge to keep it evenly on the ground. Would return it but such a hassle to take apart and send back. Not my favourite piece at all. Would NOT recommend purchasing. It is pretty to look at but very uncomfortable.

Love the chairs but this was not easy to assemble and I'm scared that I paid all this money for something I might not have assembled tight enough. I would give it 4 stars but taking it down due to this reason.

Looks great, not comfortable at all

Eh... I was really hoping these were going to fit in our library well, but they missed the mark. Even after measuring and looking at previous reviews, the chairs were much smaller than we expected and were also uncomfortable for any length of sitting. The lumbar pillow is a good idea, but the size that arrives with the chairs are laughable and basically useless. On the positive side they were easy to assemble, the color was as expected and returning to Wayfair was painless. If you are thinking about purchasing these PLEASE make sure to look at the dimensions of the chairs as well as the placement in your room. I wouldn't recommend you buy these for any length of sitting though.
