Lid breaks easily with regular use

Not durable enough for daily use for kids. The plastic teeth that keep the lid closed break very easily. If the lid won’t close, the bottle leaks and is unusable. My kids (8 & 10) have gone through 3 lids in just 9 months. At this point, I’m going to switch to a different bottle rather than buy more replacement lids. Disappointed that we got less than a year’s use out of these.

Dented with black crusty stuff

It came dented and with black crusty stuff in the spout. I reached out to them about a week ago, but haven’t heard back. I would like a refund.

Great but breaks too fast

The water bottle is nice and the quality is really nice. but the one thing I didn’t like it that it broke really quickly when I dropped it from a 2 feet fall. I was so mad because it cost me 20 dollars and the worst part of it was that I bought the same day. The plastic thing on the top broke. Ello, can I please get a refund?
