Z Grills are great! However, the one I purchased from Home Depot was damaged. The damage was not evident until I started unpacking and found that the barrel was bent. It appeared that the package had been dropped on its end at some point. I contacted Customer Service by their chat feature and returning the grill was a simple process with the service rep placing an order for pickup. I just had to get the parts I had removed back in the box and get it all taped together. He offered to reorder, but I asked that he refund to my payment method and I ended up ordering a different grill directly from Z Grills. The refund was promptly issued and the replacement grill was flawless. I have since smoked pork shoulder and ribs. Awesome product!

This Grill Is The Beat Deal Out There!!!!!

If you are looking for an entry level grill, priced fairly, you can’t go wrong with this grill. Fit and finish on this grill was excellent. Went together like a dream. The heat dispersion plate is made from a heavier gauge steel. Should last well into the future, and when heat soaked will provide a more consistent temperature, allowing very little fluctuation. Same thing for the drip plate, very large piece of heavy gauge steel.

Have not used yet, but was delivered on time and had all parts with it. Assembly was not too difficult. Had one damaged grill which they replaced once i reported it. These factors are why i gave this rating because a lot of companies don't operate like this.

Several components failed in the first year

Great price for the ultimate grill, similar to the Traeger grills for less and really is a very nice grill. You cannot go wrong with this purchase and the price.

bad product and worse service from zgrill

had many issues with a few months despite maintaining it as instructed on the manual. reached out to zgrill support while still under warranty and perfom the steps as provided, and then they never provided any feedback. they have not responded. i reached out 3 times. i guess they want to waste my time until the warranty runs out, so they can tell me its past warranty.

Nice pellet grill for the price

Works great, love the smoke flavor, easy to use despite how the instructions make u feel it will be difficult to use. Common sense prevails!!

Love the Look of Z Grill, didn't love the trouble

Had a problem with securing the Digital Control to the Hopper, the tapping screws were smaller than the hole in the Digital Control. Would not tighten up. I had to run the tapping screws from the Digital Control inside out. This leaves the tip of screw exposed.

Well Worth The Price

I always used a propane grill and I have been looking for a grill that can do it all( grill, smoke, and cook) without having to buy a smoker independent of my grill. I have owned this grill now for about a month. I have made pizza(on a stone), steaks, chicken, and smoked pork ribs on it. If you are looking for a grill that can do it all look no more, this grill can do it all and with great flavor to boot. I was skeptical when I bought it because there weren't many reviews about it being able to just grill and well it can. You have to grill on the high(450deg) setting but it works perfectly, even adds grill marks to the meat. When smoking I added two pellet tubes and they add even more smoke than what it produces which is a plus. Assembly wasnt difficult either. Dont wait get yours today and start making some incredible grill meals.

Perfect pellet for cooking your favorite steak, ribs chicken. This product performs very well against my previous Traeger pellet smoker.

The smoker works great. The shipping sucks as the box was in very poor condition when arrived. Had to turn on it top to carry in or everything would have fallen out . Had to repair a couple pieces but is working great.
