Poor build quality. Cheap and flawed product.

Mirror LED did not work out of the box. Light flickers on/off. Every single component of this mirror is cheaply built.

For the price, doubt this would be a durable, reliable mirror. Doesn't elevate thr bathroom decor.

Easy Mount, adjustable tension, clean lighting

This mirror arrived very well packaged. Was easy to mount and the instruction were clear.

Great product

Optics and lighting very much improved. 10X magnification with no distortion. Easy to install.

Metal plate is weak between the acorn nuts. Works as advertised though. Auto shut off every 5 minutes irritates the wife, there appears to be no way around this.

The quality is terrible. Like worse than cheap Chinese off (insert largest internet retailer) terrible. Mine caught fire as soon as I put batteries in it and powered it on. Then it wouldn't turn off. The little circuit board inside wrapped in heat shrink went up in flames. So... cheap construction, arrived filthy, caught fire. And the warranty card inside says they aren't responsible for damage caused by the light. Like, they are aware this will burn your house down. Stay away. Home depot shouldn't sell this product.

The lighting feature is nice, and the price is decent, but that's as far as I'll go. Manufacturer's quality control is seriously lacking. The pivot joints are poor- it will only fold flat against the base in one direction. As pictured- it only folds flat to the right. If there's something on the wall that would interfere with the folded arm, you'll be out of luck. It's performing okay now, but I can't judge battery life just yet. Not enough time in use. There were defects as received that I fixed, but Home Depot's feedback process won't allow me to elaborate. Go figure.

second choice

This was my second choice product because it is battery operated, not hard wired. I was afraid the size would be inadequate but it is not. My first choice product was defective and I am very pleased with this second choice which also cost much less. The finish is refined, the mounting is robust and the light like daylight. The clincher was the cord (sold separately) which can be used when batteries inconveniently fail but otherwise stays in a drawer. I have two of these but got one cord. for

Purchased two, one did not work

I purchased two Satin Nickel Cordless LED lighted wall mirrors. Product arrived within a week. I charged 4 AA batteries and installed them in my new fixture. The light did not work. I took the same batteries and put them into the second mirror. The second one worked fine. I called Lamps Plus for a replacement and am still in the process of having the nonfunctioning one replaced.

Was used to non illuminated mirror, so the actual mirror size seems small due to the space needed for the light ring. Easy to mount, but will require unmounting to change batteries. Maybe could have put a door on the front of the base to access batteries.

I purchased this mirror a year ago and installed it. It worked well except the batteries wore down in 3-4 wks and had to be replaced. Then it stopped lighting up all together. Customer Service at Home Depot told me that their records show this is a problem with this product. I would not recommend it and think Home Depot should disclose this problem.

I read reviews for two weeks before deciding on the perfect "mirror for me," and even when I ordered the Zadro I still wasn't sure, just tired of reading reviews. I've had the mirror for about 3 weeks and I don't know how any make-up mirror could possibly be more perfect! The mirror was easy to mount (about two minutes and a screwdriver, and drill bit.) I did go to Zadro's website and ordered the power adapter (which I thought was expensive once shipping was added), but it is worth it in the long run to save on batteries. The mirror is clear, so far it hasn't fogged, the lights are bright (even brighter when plugged in), and everyone that see's it wants one for their bathroom. This mirror, if the LED's hold out and last it will be everything I was wanting!

I've had this mirror for about a month now. It was so easy to install - I actually did it myself and I am NOT a handy person. The lighting is perfect, and I especially like that it swivels easily (and without fear it'll pull off the wall!), and has the dual magnification (well, no magnification on one side, 5x on the other). This is perfect for putting on makeup and seeing your face up close in otherwise not great bathroom lighting!

I like that this mirror was simple to install and has no wiring hanging down. The light, however, is ineffective. It puts a moonlight like glow on your face that is too diffuse. I bought this product because I have a tracheostomy which requires a lot of attention and care on my throat; the ring of light around the mirror does not help me see what I need to see. I never use the extra magnification side of the mirror; again, because I am focused on my throat, I can't get close enough for the extra magnification to be useful.

Tough to install properly, expect it to fall off wall eventually

Very tough to install. No markings or template for leveling the product during installation, and the product MUST be level to work properly. The screw holes in the base plate weren't placed to help with the leveling process, but were rotated ~15 degrees from optimal position. Didn't help that the screws and wall anchors provided were not adequate for the weight of the product. Should have been a 15 minute installation but took 2 hours, and it's still not super stable. It's a shame because the mirror and light assembly look nice and seem like decent quality for the money.

Wife's Happy, Watch out for the Installation

My wife finds the mirror works well and does what she expects. From the installers perspective I didn't find it was manufactured for easy installation. The mounting holes were NOT aligned in a way that would align the mirror on the vertical. You had to work with it and then hope for the best. The holes of the fixture to the mounting bracket are not aligned perfectly and have to be worked with. Personally, I read previous reviews and bought it anyway, my wife"s happy. End of story.
