Excellent service
The product is great and I wish to add that I received excellent customer service: my mirror had been by a porch pirate, Zadro replaced it at no additional cost and made sure it was delivered with a signature. Thank you!
Doesn't light up because the batteries didn't work with it and it didn't come with a cord. I ordered a cord from Zadro and that didn't work either. Therefore, I paid $90 for a mirror that only magnifies.

This is wonderful for my old eyes & seeing to put on my eye liner & pluck my eyebrows. What a quality product & easily installed. I also like the convenience of the LED lighting...Wow!
Pretty Good
The mirror is OK. The LED lights are relatively bright but not as bright as the plug in model I had previously. You can get an AC adapter but it is, in my opinion, unreasonably expensive. Adds about $15 to the product. The batteries burn out quickly and changing them is cumbersome I suggest you opt for a plug-in, a rechargeable, or one that comes with an AC adapter.

I have been buying products like this all my life and I have never seen one that makes you have to buy a AC ADAPTER after the purchase. For the money that I was charged for this product, the AC Adapter should have came with it.
