one of the lights did not work. A part was sent out but the repair people had the wrong address despite it being correct online. I ended up fixing it myself.

Great Look

I had my entire kitchen remodeled, however when it was delivered and installed, the beverage side did not work. It turns out, it was the fan. The fan was replaced and it now works well. I was however, concerning to me that the company will not replace its products unless it’s been serviced 3 times. Not crazy about that.

Spot On - Wine Fridge

The drawer pull out for bottles in both orientations is key for our mix of middle to higher value wines in our white, rose and red collection. Custom lighting setting is a plus. Customer Experience A+

Nice but noisy

I had this 6 months and one of the internal cooling fans started making grinding noises. I contacted the customer service department and they promptly sent out a replacement and arranged for a local repair company to switch out the noisy fan. Now on the other zone I am getting same fan noise and advised the customer service department. I mentioned the grinding noise and also the fan cycles on and off every 30 seconds, 24 hours a day. The company advised this is the way they are designed. The fan noise is annoying. The unit is in our kitchen dining area and we are a single story open plan house, so the fan noise travels everywhere. I am very disappointed with this issue and have had quieter fans in wine refrigerators costing much less. While I like the overall unit, they use cheap fans that grind and make noise. For this reason I do not recommend.

No reply from Zephr about loud compressor.

Zephr asked me to contact them about my issue. Have not heard a word. I may just return unit to Lowes for refund. I will be following up with a later review.
