Easy to use

I needed a replacement latch for my outdoor building and this was perfect. Easy to attach and provides a nice snug and secure closure.

Good quality, easy to install and adjust. My application didn't allow for the catch bracket that it came with, so I used a heavy duty screw eye. Used this with weatherstripping on the edge of the door - bracket pulls door snug, compressing the weatherstripping. Air tight - works great!

Easy, practical solution for simple projects

A good option for temporary projects that don't need to be fancy. I made a compost pen and needed a latch. Was bigger than I thought it would be, but worked like a charm. All of the needed hardware comes with it.

Works fine, manufacturer skimps out on hardware

Good latch with minimal hardware, only comes with 2 screws and 2 carriage bolts. The bolts were useless because they were not long enough to go through the post but way too long to go through the gate. Had to resort to using some other screws I had on-hand. Does the job well, but at least add some more screws in the bag!

I got this gate latch to replace the latch that was already on there. The older latch was smaller and skinner yet the same shape. The gate previously wouldn't latch right. But with this bigger thicker latch the gate now shuts perfectly!

The sliding bolt gate latch has been great & I haven't had to constantly worry & keep checking that our dog is still in the lot. Stainless steel too so it can definitely withstand all of the crazy weather NC has been having lately!

This lock is definitely heavy duty. It's great for any outdoor gate or door. We used it for our access door to the crawlspace which we use for storage. You could do a padlock, but we don't use one. It came with the screws I needed too. I had it installed in less than five minutes.

I got this sliding bolt door/gate latch complimentary in exchange for my honest review. This worked perfectly with my gate. It is super heavy duty and I have a feeling its going to last us a long time. It is very simple to install also. My last latch had issues whenever it got windy and sometimes the gate would blow open which then allowed my dogs to escape. With this setup, I am confident that will no longer happen. We have already had one windy day and it held up to the test. I would definitely recommend.

This latch was so easy to put on our storage shed. The metal is a nice grade and looks to last. I would like if we had some other color options but that is very personal and doesn’t effect the quality of the latch.

I put this on my new gate and its holding up good. Its feels very steel durable and feels strong. It defenitly holds in place and keeps my gate locked. I had no problem installing it and the instruction on the back are simple to follow. I really like how it looks on my gate, its a good product for a sliding door or gate.

I used this slide bolt to secure my shed doors and it worked perfectly. The size was just right and the quality is of high strength. It was easy to install with everything included. This will allow me to lock my shed knowing the extra lock is in place.
