Bread machine

This bread machine is absolutely awesome! Easy to use and so much easier than doing it by hand. There is nothing like homemade bread!

Nice!

Stays put on the counter, and is relatively quiet. Only used a few of the bread functions so far, but it definitely does what it is supposed to do. Great mixing and kneading, no dry spots. As with my previous bread machines, I will probably bake mostly in the oven, but it does bake a passable loaf. I would definitely buy this brand again.

Best bread machine I have ever owned.

A very well built machine! Haven't tried everything it can do yet but what we have surpassed our expectations. Bread comes out great, and the dough is easy to make. I am going to try jam next, looking forward to home made bread with jam I made myself.

I love it! It is so simple to use and it makes a nice size loaf of bread. I can feed at least 6 people. I didn't realize it makes jam and other things as well. I am very happy with it!!

Finally I have been able to have a nice loaf. The Machine is very easy to use. Just put the ingredients in the and let it do its thing.

Defective

Bread machine came and had a defective pan. When I called about it, they told me they don't make defective pans. I would have to send a video by email to Zojirushi and blamed it on me for using seeds or nuts (which I did not do). This is my fourth machine and all the pans have been wonderful thus the disappointment in them not being willing to look at it or replace it. Very disappointed in them. Don't recommend them if they don't stand behind their products.

Zojirushi Bread Machine

Great machine for preparing dough for bread, rolls, etc. So easy and convenient to use. This is my second one as I wore out the first after many years. Only reason I don't bake bread in the machine is just can't get to like holes in the bottom of a loaf.

Zojirush Bread Machine

I bought a Zojirush bread machine about 4 years ago. We were remodeling so we left it in the box for about a year. After unboxing and putting it in the pantry we kept saying we have to start using it. When we finally did a few months ago, the heating coil would not work. Called Zojirush and they confirmed it was the heating coil. Told me we could send it to California to be fixed but would probably cost more with postage and charges than it was worth. I paid over $300 for this machine from King Arthur and this was their response. So I threw out a brand new bread machine. I was hoping someone locally could fix it but Zojirush will not sell the heating coil to anyone. It was a beautiful machine and I would have loved it if would have been operational.

Great product. I have been using this product for years. My last one finally died after years of use. I like the horizontal loaf. Now I’m back into baking.

The bread machine’s kneading system

The bread machine’s kneading system makes an exceptionally fine dough. A very useful feature, is the home made course where you can program your own course tailored to your particular tastes. It is easy to used and simple to modify for fine tuning. Although pricey, it is well worth it.

I have another bread maker

I have another bread maker and this one is far superior. It is quiet, stays in one place, and makes a perfect loaf. I do have to check and redistribute the dough to make sure that it is even, but that is easy to do.

Great machine

I am so glad I bought this bread machine! I make bread twice a week now and it is so much better than any store bought! It’s is easy to operate and easy to clean! Love it!

Love It But One Thing...

This was my Christmas/Mother's Day/Birthday gift (due to the cost). And I love it. But I wish there was a better recipe book included. I find the Zojirushi one pretty limited, especially since there are so many things that can be done with this terrific machine. When I went to make a cake, it essentially says to use a pound cake mix and run the cake cycle. Seriously? The King Arthur book (pretty thin and mailed by itself in large box) has some interesting ideas. I'd have hoped that since King Arthur is a baking site, there's be more ideas for cakes, pastry, etc. But overall, a good purchase. I recommended it today to a friend who's considering a bread maker.

More expensive than most but definitely worth it. Love the regular loaf design as opposed to the "round" design.
