Ease of use when closing

It is difficult for me to get the safe shut. Otherwise it seems to serve its purpose.

Good quality, quite the weight on it. Won't be easy to steal.

Ample size for what I wanted safeguarded. Safe is sturdy and heavy. Once I place it, it will not be moved much.

Safe is very sturdy.

Very sturdy safe. I feel confident about the waterproof and fireproof properties. It's a little difficult to secure the lid. One complaint is not the quality of the safe but that the description does not include the weight of the item. I struggled to bring it into the house and into the garage to unpack. It wouldn't have changed my mind to buy but it would have been nice to know the weight.

Can be opened with a pin!

Can pick the lock easily!! What's the point of a heavy, fireproof safe if you can take a bobby pin and open the lock? Very disappointed in this purchase.

The plastic piece in the middle that you use as a handle is quite flimsy. Seems like it could easily be broken if pulled on too hard. It is however a great size and will hold many items! It is a heavy safe but not too heavy to carry which is nice.

Love being able to put file folders in my sentry safe. I feel better organized with my important paperwork and documents - will make things easier for estate matters.

THE SAFE LOOKED LIKE IT WAS DROP .I HAVE TO RETURN FOR A NEW ONE .

I like that it's roomy and you can hang folders inside to organize yourself and your important papers what I kind of dislike it is heavier than I thought it would be and it won't fit under a bed otherwise all in all it's a good one

Safe is nice and deep and I feel it will keeps things safe. The waterproof gasket/O-ring piece seems to fall off about every other opening of the lid. Overall a solid unit.

These are great gifts for clients that help them prepare for the worst.

Not sure

Very very disappointed. The lock broke at first key turn. This is the second safe which was replaced at no cost. I am disappointed that the same thing happened again.
