Safe with Sentry Safe

After carefully reading directions for use, (especially regarding locking and unlocking), I feel very confident that "in the event of an event," the features of my Fire/Water File Box by Sentry Safe, will perform as promised. I also have to say this company responded promptly to an important concern I had about a replacement key. BTW, This is my second box and so I presently have two. This present one is larger and has handles. I recommend (and thank) SentrySafe.

Plastic hand broke after only a few openings. Not made to last.

Hard to open with key flimsy rubber seal

The inner rubber lining on the top cover quickly came off after less than 3 months use. The key sticks and makes it difficult to open the lock

I have never seen lock that the key is harder to put in, you feel like the lock or the key is going to break!!!!!

This was supposedly delivered last Friday. It is now Tuesday and it still isn't here.

Handle keeps getting stuck. Takes a couple tries to finally click and open.

Fire Safe

Bought this from Walmart unlocked with key, pressed the handle to open and handle broke. Had to prior open the the lid.

So hard to open. I dread having to take stuff out.
