Great knives for beginners or experienced.

I had a serated knife set which was good for bread, tomatoes and meat. i bought a Zyliss paring knife with sheath and ended up using it all the time for the little cooking I do.

Gave these little oddballs a try, was looking for new cutting knives but did not want to pay a lot....these little gems are PERFECT for my cutting/ chopping/ nice little sheaths/ they REALLY do cut better and have a better feel ...happy !!

Light weight and balanced.

I love these knives because they are light weight and sharp and stay that way for a long time. But then they sharpen up very easily. I like the weight because at 85, it just feels great in my hands. I like the shape and I use them for everything.

These are the only Zyliss knifes in this style that I didn't have. I bought them in addition when I purchased the sharper and I absolutely love them and they are very sharp. I have all brands of knifes ..expensive to not and these are the best. I will not purchase any other brand.
