Lod stopper working

It's frustrating, lid stopped opening and staying open. It drops down while in use. Sensor is not working. I loved it otherwise, until last month it was the best thing I had at my home. When I called warranty department, no response.

Works better than I expected. Nice form and function. Very cost effective. Easy to install. Came with almost all needed parts. Only negative is that it doesn't have a nake and model and no support phone number.
