Installation was a bit harder since we had some parts that needed replacing but if your sewage system is up to date, it should be no problem. Flushing is loud and water pressure for the bidet feature is as strong as you could like it, it’s adjustable. They also have an eco option so it saves energy used. It’s not as clean as I would thought because the flushing is so strong that there is minimal water splash back.

Packaging and delivery were a disaster BUT it wasn’t damaged and it works fantastically well. We couldn’t be happier with the decision to go to a smart toilet! Try it folks! You will never go back!

I just received this toilet. I'm super excited to have this installed. The reviews seem great. It looks like an incredible value. I was thinking of just installing a standard self cleaning one piece toilet because the Toto toilet with integral bidet was $1,000 plus. Certainly the cadillac of toilet/bidets. For the price and comaprable features I'm hoping it is worth just $200.00 more than the standard toilet. We'll see.

[Rewarded Review] Fantastic but make sure to measure for space and you will need adaptors

We’ve always wanted a Japanese toilet, and this one doesn’t disappoint, especially at the price point. My comments are mainly based around the installation of the unit in my home my water came out of the floor and so it was an incredibly tight fit to place the toilet in position, so make sure that you measure based on the specs that are available to ensure that you’re gonna be able to fit correctly. There’s a water line T that comes with the unit. The diameter of the inlet is not what my standard toilet was using, so I had to take that splitter to Home Depot to find an adapter that would work. When you’re installing the toilet, make sure that you remove the upper lid section. It’s really easy to do with two screws that are accessible from the top of the toilet. This then gives you full view to the interior back of the toilet, which will make it much easier when placing the bowl on the flange to be able to line up your bolts. It’s super nice to have a toilet that has a warming seat, the lid lifts up when your foot stands in front of the toilet And all its other features.

Toilet won’t stop flushing. I had to to disconnect it . It kept flushing all night Avery 30 seconds . I try everything to get it to stop but it didn’t.

[Rewarded Review] Everyone needs a smart toilet

This is my second toilet of this nature and every single time I am blown away. I see why this is a standard in other countries , well the bidet aspect of it. This toilet has many features, feminine wash, rear wash, heated seat, heated bidet, and a remote that is easy to read which I like as other remotes I’ve seen have a smaller thinner print. This remote also bask many icons to help depict the function you are using. One thing I really love is this toilets bidet line comes with a FILTER, now I know you’re like eww so now I gotta keep changing it but I rather have filtered water than no filter , yes ?! Only take away that I don’t like is the front of the toilet just has a sensor not an actual button so you have to depend on the sensor but so far the sensor has been effective. The bidet isn’t too aggressive at all and different temperatures for you personal liking.

Warm seating for winter!

Best seat in the house ,especially in the colder months with the heated seat. Cool features like no touch flushing with a tap on the bottom or remote control. You can set the temperature to your own level of comfort and adjust the angles as needed. Took a little longer to install but we contacted the customer service for some troubleshooting and they were able to point us in the correct direction. Uses less water and very quite. I like the nightlight, like a beacon that says "I'm right here!" Overall, pretty happy and like we love to say, Keep On Flushing!

The bidet is great, customer service from deer valley was non existent. Questions about connections are not in manual and repeated calls and emails only kept referring me to the manual. Finally figured it out myself
