So far (we've had this toilet about 3 weeks) I love everything about this toilet. It's so intuitive! I like the night light - so I'm not fumbling around in the dark in the middle of the night. I like the auto-flush. I like the heated seat and warm (or cold) bidet feature. I really hope this toilet lasts because I cannot imagine living without it now.
We finally did get our bathroom done and the toilet installed. It gets some getting used to if you have never had one but we really like it. It looks great and we love the functionality.

Leaked, poor quality!
The toilet turned out to be an 10 hour exercise in futility, and terrible customer service for a flawed product. Toilet developed a leak on the floor at an internal. Plumber has to pull the toilet to diagnose, send video, receive parts, and reseat toilet, but the cost of doing so is very high.

The Best Toilet
This product is my favorite part of our whole bathroom remodel. It's very easy to use and I love the features. The flush is very powerful, the seat warmer is a great feature, and the auto flush is game changing.
