The Frieling Kuchenprofi 1.6 qt Stainless Steel Sauce Pot with Glass Lid is everything I expected it to be. A great size to do what I need it to do as a double boiler. Made great Sloppy Joe's and I am looking forward to making the family hot fudge recipe with my grandson this weekend.
I looked at so many different double boilers. Many of them looked very cheap and I wouldn’t want them in my kitchen. I wanted a nice looking double boiler set that I could add to my other nice kitchenware. I’m happy to say I found it with this piece. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I was looking for a double-boiler in which I can reheat leftovers on an induction counter cooker. This double boiler is well designed and works well. It was somewhat pricey, but was also on sale at the time, so I decided to order it.
This is a beautiful double boiler. It's a little on the small side, so I can't make a double batch of tapioca pudding, but it's so beautiful.

My sister really wanted one of these to make chocolate ganache. Works great!
Very good design, a little surprised the lower part of the double boiler's base didn't cover the total surface, however, with water in it it's anchored. Basically a great porridge pot for two people, perfect!

Ich habe zwei Wasserbad gekauft. Eines für mein Grosskind, die viel bäckt und auch glasiert. Daher ist das Wasserbad ideal, besser als wenn man es in einer normalen Pfanne und Aufsatz macht.
