Perfect for my family pizzas !

I was looking for a good comal with handles to make my family pizzas and came across this beauty. Perfect heat distribution and the handling was very comfortable with those side handles. I now use it to fry eggs and make pancakes as well !

Very happy with my purchase

This is my first cast iron pan, so it takes a little practice to regulate the stove setting so things cook without sticking and burning. I purchased it to make pita and flatbread and it definitely does the trick better than my regular skillet. Most cast iron pans are SO heavy, but since this is shallow it is much more manageable. Good pan!

I cant explain how good this iron pan was on my first use. People who know the difficulty of getting perfect dosas on an iron tawa in the first go , will understand the beauty of this product. Way to go Victoria !

If you are someone like me searching for a cast iron dosa pan with preseasoning then I would recommend this to you. Using this for past 3 months washed after each use still preseasoning stays good. I'm someone who uses dosa pan daily hence my 90 days of use satisfies me on buying this pan. Heats evenly for a perfect crispy dosa. Dual handle was one good reason for the balance of the pans as handles would not pop out of the stove safe when having small kids around. Having a heat proof pan holders while using it is recommended.

My favorite!

I had to replace a cast iron when I moved and Ive fallen in love with this one! Its small, but that makes it not as heavy as my original one. Its great for tiny apartments and making smaller meals if you live alone

I am very happy with this product. I really love how my crepes turn out. I had to seasoned it x2 in order to make it non-stick just like any other cast iron cookware.
