RS6 works great, lasts for months
Our well water has significant solids. This filter was great at keep out the sediment. Lasted for ~5 months in my heavy-sediment environment, then water pressure began to drop. Easy to install.

Does my job at a reasonable price
Protects down-stream components of home well water system. Lower cost pleated paper filters last as long and do the same job as more expensive filters.
Short lived filter
Need to replace 1 to 2 times a month. I have a cabin and pull water from deep in the lake. Although I'm sure this is not the design of this product. I need to change this well before 500-1000 gal used. I wish they would make a cheaper one after all it's just paper.
Does a great job
Product performs as advertised. I change it every 4 months instead of the suggested six though. Before I had the filter installed we had pretty significant sediment in the water that played havoc with the washer and shower heads. This filter has eliminated that problem. Good filter at a fair price.
