Worth the money

Beautiful, heavy, high-quality 5-ply SS with a middle-of-the-road price point. Heats up quickly and evenly, cleans up perfectly. Very happy with this set. The only thing I would change is to remove the Kitcheaid logo from the handles as it reminds me of sportswear branding.

Buyer Beware if Item is not in Stock...

Ordered online 1/24. Said item would ship next business day. No notifications on shipping by over a week later, so emailed. No response. Tried calling on a weekday during stated business hours, did not take calls (said call back during business hours, which it was the middle of). So I called corporate number and was given the runaround to call customer service, which was not taking calls. Number of more unanswered emails were sent. Finally called one day again (this was a few days later) but right when customer service opened and got a hold of a person. This person stated item was backordered and also apologized for all the unanswered emails which were visible to her. This was about three weeks after I ordered by now, so just asked to cancel the order. She did so and was processed by a day or two later.

Excellent quality

Good quality would be nice if vendor provided protectors for pots and pans so they don't scratch and additionally a cost to the consumer.

Not worth the money!!

So not worth the money I really expected better results from this material. I did not expect the sticking with the 5-ply. Just very disappointing. I was looking for better quality for my money. I would definitely not recommend purchasing these items. If I was giving the opportunity, I would return for a full refund.

Un professional support behavior

I never received this item and Macys support is not ready to issue refund or replacement.

Theses are not non stick

Wonderful pans made of heavy gauge stainless steel and the work great with my induction range.

Nightmare

You did not shipp propper invoice with the item. And the invoices dissapeared before you can print them .its a nightmare

Stainless stockpot

My husband was in awe. He loves to make soup. We joke he cooks for an army. He loves this new pot. He ended up washing it and making chicken noodle and veggie soup. Was great size. Only down side it gets a little hot.

Great pots

I loved the 8 quart pot so much I purchased the 10 piece set.Not only are the pots of great quality, weight and multiple sizes. I would highly recommend these parts to anyone who likes to cook with less water and reserve the vitamins and your veggies and soups.

beautiful and easy to cook with

I love a nice big pot for cooking soup or pasta sauce. This pot kept my sauce very warm and worked great to simmer for a long time. I didn't notice any burning or staining as it was easy to clean. The pot cooked my food evenly as well. I do not dishwash my pots so I am unsure how the pot would be in the dishwasher. I suggest handwashing it.

Well rounded

Works great on magnetic cooktops! Larger pots are well sized and handles are solid.

Dented lid

Received my order and one of the lids has a dent on the lip of the lid.

Not heavy, just perfect

I love this cookware set. It is not that heavy compared to other 5d stainless steel product. The black handle is perfect in my kitchen. I would buy one more 4qt sauce pan, it it is sold separately.

Beautiful set dont get me wrong!!

I purchased these cookware set for my wife for Christmas. Don’t get me wrong they are beautiful and cook well but everything sticks and they are so hard to clean. Had some a cheaper brand of non stick that did way better. I’ve purchased so many cleaners to get them back to new. Maybe I received a defective batch reading all the other comments.
