Very happy
I got tired of the cheap nonstick pan I had not coming clean after I baked fish on it. It was ridiculously hard to clean and the fish always stuck. I decided to try OXO because I have a loaf pan by them that cleans like a dream. I’m happy to say the jelly roll pan is equally good. Baked bits crisped at 400 degrees slide right off. Amazing.

Beautifully nonstick
My husband used it to make scones. They came out perfect. The pan is solid and has a good weight, as well as being slightly textured, and very nonstick.

Any Oxo baking product I have purchased has become a favorite of mine! The quality of the products is excellent. They are heavy duty, and the non-stick surfaces work really well. The grooves at the bottom help to keep baked good from sticking, create air flow for even baking. It’s durable and very easy to clean. I highly recommend these products!
