Great pan

These are the best sheet pans and the nonstick coating is good but take care not to over-scrub after using. A little bit of burnt oil is additive to the nonstick coating. If you scrub too hard, you’ll rub both of them off and the pan will be damaged. Treat it gently and it will wear like iron. We’ve got four of them.

These baking sheets are very good looking and have a nice weight. After baking fries the clean up was easy. The large sheet fits a medium pizza, the small pan fits into my toaster oven.

I really enjoy using this two piece sheet pan set. The smaller pan (9 in x 13 in) is great for small meals like chicken breast. The larger pan (13 in x 18 in) can be used for a variety of other baking needs. The micro textured pattern helps the food cook evenly. The non stick coating works really well. Melted cheese and coagulated grease lift off easily. The website description says dishwasher safe but the instruction sheet says hand wash. I have run the smaller pan in the dishwasher a few times with no noticeable negative consequences. The instructions also note not to use sharp tools in the pan and to not use oil sprays as they can build up on the surface and become difficult to remove. Finally, do not use under a broiler or temperatures over 450 degrees.

The Good Grips Non-Stick Pro 2-Piece Sheet Pan Set is such a relief!!! We were desperately needing new pans that were not just nasty from time and time again use and this set is not only the right size, it is so easy to clean and the rough'er' bottom side really helps food not stick to the bottom to create the nastiness in the first place!I It cooks even, doesnt burn or scold, and is such a high performing set!

These are really sturdy pans. They don't warp under high heat. They have a nice weight to them and are very well finished. The patterned cooking service is non-stick coated and, because of the pattern, there appears to be less surface area contact with the food, reducing the possibility of sticking. I was unsure about cleaning the patterned surface, but it was very easy to clean with a soft scrub brush. I think they will hold-up well.

These baking sheets are the finest I have used. They are sturdy and have a little heft to them to take on heavy baking. The little sheet is great for smaller portions and fits nicely into the counter top convection oven too. The pan has a raised grid surface that creates a gap for baking air to penetrate underneath and keeps the food I baked from sticking onto the pan. I really like the quality and the performance of these baking sheets. Neat gold color too!

LOVE the half size sheet in this set. These two cookie sheets are nice and heavy, not flimsy like some of my older pans that actually warp in the stove each time I use them. The half size on is super convenient to use when I Don't need a ton of space. The first time I used them was with cinnabons, which generally stick to the bottom of my regular cookie sheets. Per the instructions I didn't use any type of non-stick spray, and the cinnabons came right off with no residue. It's important to note though that the instructions say to not use these under a broiler. I will continue to use my older sheets when I need to broil something, and I use a non-stick silicone sheet in that case. Overall a great set, should last a long time with proper care.

I do more baking than anyone I know. This is the first time I have ever used this type of sheet which has the rough pattern stamp. I expected to not like them but I was wrong. The nonstick property works like a charm and cleanup is very easy. The cookies stayed perfectly round and raised just right without the bottoms getting overly brown. I really like the tan color of these as well. They are a bit offsized from all my other baking sheets so they don't stack quite right with the others but they perform better so I am still happy. After a couple of trips through the oven they are still bright and straight without any warping.

We have been very pleased with OXO products in the past. These Good Grips non-stick pro 2-piece sheet pan set are no exception. They are the best ones my wife and I have had the pleasure of using in over 45 plus years of baking. The baking sheets are commercial grade, made with heavy-gauge aluminized steel with a non-stick, two-layer coating. Both pans have a micro-textured pattern that allows for air movement under the item being baked for even cooking and then easy removal of the item from the pan. If we follow the provided Use & Care instructions I expect these will be the last baking sheets we will need to purchase. See attached photographs. Well done OXO!

Very nice pans. Our old ones looking like that were from WWII. We needed some new ones that would heat evenly and give us better results. So far these have. They feel like they will last for a long time and the non stick is just great. They heat very well and I don't feel they are too heavy. Others we looked at just seemed heavy or flimsy and these seem just about right.

I LOVE THESE PANS!! They are top quality and you will feel like a professional chef every time you use them! Heavy duty durability and easy cleaning are just a couple of the wonderful things about them. They are nice and weighty. They cook beautifully and they are nice and deep. In these pictures, I baked cookies but you can use them for so many more cooking and baking recipes so they are very versatile too. High quality pans. Be sure to read the care instructions. I do not mind hand washing and taking good care of them. I highly recommend them!

I love these! They are great heavy pans. I have a large sheet that said it was warp resistant, but it deflated a French loaf I put in the oven to bake it warped suddenly. These definitely do not do that. They also bake cookies better, believe it or not. I think the heavy gauge of the metal heats more evenly and prevents burning. I can't comment on the non-stick aspect of it because I use parchment paper for baking not only for non-stick, but also for easy clean-up. The bottom surfaces of these is textured, which also is supposed to lend to the non-stick properties, but I don't know. I also don't know if the texture imprints on your baking. Could make for an interesting jelly roll. Hehe! But for my needs these are fantastic.
