[Rewarded Review] Lightweight and simplistic

A very simplistic yet functional lighting fixture. The fixture is very light so installing it is very easy. It includes the mounting hardware as well as the wire nuts. To remove the cover from the fixture turn it counterclockwise. Inside there is a switch to set the lighting that you like. There are 5 different settings and the light is also dimmable via a wall switch dimmer. The total wattage used is only 15 watts for this LED fixture. A good fixture with a minimal design.

This light was easy to install with two screws, and it does not protrude up into the ceiling electrical box. The light cover twists off to expose the selection switch without having to remove the base from the ceiling. The light cover is low profile and smooth, should not collect dust. My installation is a garage ceiling where I removed a simple single bulb holder and attached this much nicer fixture.

This Envirolite 11 inch White Integrated LED Selectable CCT Round Flush Mount Light looked like a nice replacement for my old clear round globe bathroom light. (See photo) Although I was using a compact fluorescent bulb in the old light, this new LED light puts out more light at a much lower energy usage. It was very simple to install and only took about 10 minutes. It took longer to remove the old light fixture than it did to install the new one.

These LED fixtures have come a long way in the last few years. This unit is bright and allows you to select the color (warm to bright daylight), its very energy efficient, reasonably priced, and installs easily. I replaced a similar sized fluorescent fixture in the laundry room (see photos). The unit requires you have a recessed box in the ceiling and it is direct wire. It took about 15 minutes to install. It is brighter than the original fluorescent but not significantly (box claims 1200 lumens).

Simple, basic LED light that is ideal for stairs, garages, closets. The design is not fancy but the light is well made, easy to install, and the color is widely selectable. Install was super simple in an existing light box, 10 mins max. I especially like that the globe is easily removed to access the color selection switch. I have other LED dome lights that require removing screws to access. With the EnviroLite, just turn the globe and drop. Recommended.

Needed a new light for my closet, wanted something that was LED to reduce energy consumption and eliminate the need to replace bulbs occasionally. This fixture has a nice appearance, is very light weight and easy to install with the included installation instructions and required hardware. Simple three wire installation. Fixture has a nice frosted plastic diffuser that attaches with a simple twist. The best feature is the ability to change the light "color" or brightness to suit your application and tastes.
