The quality of this product is top notch and it is truly a beautiful gazebo. I would have given it 5 stars however, the "guttering system" is really worthless. Water still drips at the seam in the middle on all 4 sides and anything heavier that a mild sprinkle there is dripping all along the edge. Also, the instructions could use some improvement. Nothing but pictures, no description of parts at all. The QR code for the video instruction was fantastic and definitely needed at times. Great product all around.

Wonderful Gazebo!

When I originally bought this product, I planned for it to be a simple decorative piece to complete my backyard. However, my family has loved gathering under it, and we eat dinner in this gazebo everyday! The wooden base and neutral black roof match very well with any garden scheme, and the curtains are perfect for days that are too sunny. Overall, I love this product and would recommend it to anyone in the market for a gazebo.

Very solid piece, looks absolutely gorgeous when put together. However, it took 3 of us fairly handy guys to put it together over the larger part of two days. The directions that come with it are not good - would have been much easier with better assembly instructions using text plus the illustrations, or even a link to a video of how to put it together in the item description. But overall, we are very pleased!

The 2 of us were able to assemble, however, the instructions lack in pointing out some detail. When parts needed to be attached to the wood with wood screws, the directions fail to clearly point out that the wood is pre-drilled for these connections. Unfortunately we found this out after the framing was attached to the posts and stood up in place. It was also easy to overlook some of the pieces referenced during assembly which resulted in us leaving off the corner trim pieces on the upper roof, which was discovered after we had the rest of the roofing in place. I know the factory applied stain will need refreshed in a year, but two weeks later, one of the posts appears faded and cracked (checked!) Also it appears to have attracted a bumble bee to begin boring a hole in the wooden beam for a nest!

Absolutely love it! Missing a piece and 3 nuts weren't of the best quality. Contacted the manufacturer and they are mailing me the replacement parts. Really upgrades my pool area.

False advertising

I ordered this egeiros life gazebo and when I received it it was a completely different brand called HAPPATIO I only got one box which is just wood. I wonder if I’ll get another box with the rest of the pieces. So far it doesn’t look like sturdy wood but as soon as I build it I will update my review.
