What An Awesome Wok!

What an awesome wok! Its sturdy construction & even heating characteristics are wonderful features. The glass lid really helps in the cooking process & it's great to be able to see what you're cooking without taking the lid off, or to just be able to keep food warm. Love the fact that it's dishwasher safe & that it cleans up beautifully with a non-abrasive dishwashing brush & looks brand new after use! It came yesterday & we ran it through the dishwasher last night & then today, we cooked chicken oriental in it & it truly was a pleasure to work with versus my two previous woks which were inexpensive, but nowhere near the performance quality of this one. My favorite wok of all of the woks I've had over the years. I highly recommend it. I wanted stainless steel versus cooking on a non-stick surface or aluminum & have been looking for the right one to fit this description & this one is just what we needed! It also worked wonderfully with the wooden spatula that I use to stir fry & I am very pleased with it. The shot with the swimming pool behind it that I took out in the sunlight to show clearly, how it cleaned up after that cooking project & a run through the dishwasher, really shows the wok's integrity & durability. So worth the purchase!
