Works as expected

I recently converted a screened-in porch to a sunroom by re-framing the walls, installing windows and a sliding glass door, insulating the floors, walls, and ceiling, and then finishing with interior finishes. Because there is no heat/AC in this room, I installed this unit, and the space is 12' x 12'. This unit cools the room well, and hasn't had any issues in the 95 degree Indiana heat. I haven't had a chance to try out the heating capabilities yet. Working with the copper line sets is kind of a hassle if you need to put your unit around a corner as they are easy to bend/crimp, so the "wide curves" around the corners doesn't look great, but at least it is on the back side of the house. No concerns recommending to a friend or installing another one.

Better than expected

I ordered this unit for a 360sqft shed converted to an office. It has kept it borderline cold in here. Super easy to install. You should have an electrician wire it for you unless you can get it inspected and approved.

Works great, quiet, the only thing i wish i could customise more its the refrigerant lines....minimum 25ft.....i just needed like 15ft....other than that great unit, glad i chose it.

Best investment ever!

Easy to install and operate. Super quiet and energy efficient. The app works well when I am not in the unit but I can regulate the temperature of my crazy guests.

No need to sacrifice a window for air-conditioning

The ability to have an air-conditioner that is "portable" yet cools large areas AND does NOT require sacrificing a window is AWESOME!! There is no need to pay thousands & thousands of $ for whole house air-conditioner with this!

Mr Cool is Cool!!

We had bought a 18000 BTU for our family room replacing it with a window unit and we are so happy with it Now we are doing our Kitchen and Bedroom with the 12000 BTU's They are so quiet and keeps everyroom cool and comfortable!!

Easy Install, Delivery Inconsistent

ordered the 12k and the 18k btu and they are working great and were easy to install given our brick house, but the deliveries came at separate times for indoor and outdoor units, and took longer than expected

Product used to cool an area of the house. Works as advertised. Installation was fairly easy.

Cooks nicely and a few nights the temp dropped and the heater kicked in!
