Works Well!

So far it is doing exactly what it is supposed to. And it is extraordinarily quiet! I thought it wasn't working at first it was so quiet. The electrical connections are not great, especially to the condenser unit outside, but it works. I'll probably buy another in the future if it lasts.

Superb Customer Service!

I needed a mini-split for my parrot room. Wanted DIY but after speaking with Gary Scott he explained exactly what I should use and why. VERY knowledgeable, polite and friendly on the phone. Placed the order - he even saved me some $ on a scratch&dent unit. I had email confirmations and updates for their Fast shipping. I'll be installing the hardware myself, with the help of Oscar Eclectus (he's on facebook) then have a professional evac and charge done. There will be picture on Oscar's FB page as the project proceeds. Definitely THE place to go (and the man to talk to) for all you HVAC needs!!

I have purchased 3 of these units, they are great!!!! love the remote from the phone. I turn it on 30 minutes to and hour before I get on and it's nice inside. The 1st one took me 3hrs to install because I never done this before and I was scare that I was going to make a mistake and mess it up! The other 2 I purchased took less than 45 mins to install. They are super easy ! great product!

Works Amazing!!

We are so excited about this for a "four seasons" room that has always been VERY hot in the summer and VERY cold in the winter. We easily set up this system in about an hour and have used it everyday since! Its quiet, looks nice, and its fun to watch the fan move!

Easy Installation

I bought this unit a little over a month ago, and I just got it installed. I had to hired an electrician to connect the power to it because I had it installed on the other side of the house.

Works Great in Garage

We moved my office to the garage last fall and installed this unit for climate control. The garage is attached to our house but there is another garage in between that is not climate controlled so there is no heat or a/c reaching the office. I had no issue keeping my office warm over the cold Ohio winter, even when the temperature dropped into single digits. I wanted to wait until I used the a/c before I reviewed it and it did not disappoint. No issues keeping it cool. I highly recommend.

Great work heat pump

Most amazing heat pump I have ever used. I couldn't think of a better brand to use I highly recommend it to anybody that needs to get a heat pump for their house I'm just saying this to get the amount of matter words so I can get my free stuff.

I bought two 24K BTU units for my shop

The units were easy to install and have worked fine so far. I bought the USB WIFI dongle for both of them so I could turn on and off remotely but they doesn't always connect or only one will and the other wont. It appears you cant switch from cool to heat mode remotely, it can only be done from the hand held unit. They have been in service about 8 months as of this review and were installed in 2018.

Like the product

We purchased ours this summer and really liked the way it cooled the house. This winter it has done ok in keeping the house warm. Thanks for a product that is economical. I just wish the tubing and wiring were longer for different placement without adding any to it. Thanks

Great features but could improve air flow.

I had to replace blower motor within 2 weeks after installation. It doesn’t seem to blow enough air. It is very quiet but I’d rather have a bit of noise with more air flow.

Works

I purchased this at the beginning of last summer and installed it right away. The indoor unit had a leak and after several weeks of troubleshooting and extra HVAC tech calls, Mr Cool agreed to a warranty exchange on the indoor unit.

Great buy!

We bought this unit for our new laundry room and it is just what we needed! Works without any problems and is extremely quiet. We will purchase another when the time comes!

Needs better software controls

After having to replace the blower motor ( complete off the wall disassemble ) the unit works well for me. Internet control using APP leaves a lot to be desired.

I am split

Bought the unit with the understanding you mount it, connect cables, and turn it on. Wrong. My 800 dollar project turned into a 2500 dollar professionally installed unit. Don’t get me wrong. The unit cools and heats really well and I do recommend it to other potential buyers. It’s just not a DYI project.

Great buy

It took a little patience but in the end I'm very happy . I bought this for a three season room we use as a gym. The electric heater could not keep the room to temp . With this unit the room is cool or warmed to temp within thirty minutes and I haven't seen a big move on the electric bill. I plan on buying two more once I have room to expand my electrical panel.
