Quality is so poor

Let me start by saying I really like this design after looking at a lot of others, so that's why I've put the effort into building a complete set of 12 placessetting. It took 7 (!!) sets to make 3 sets (place settings for 12 total). I had to go through each box and pick the best ones. Almost every piece - even a lot of the ones I kept - has flaws: black specs glazed into the plate, bubbles, no glazing on the edges, very warped shape (so they wouldn't stack), etc. It was a frustrating experience and like I said, not one I would have gone through if I hadn't been desperate to find a set I liked. Do companies not care about quality any more?? The black specs look like food stuck on the plate, so I can only image this product has a high return rate. What a waste of time and money for the company, store and customer. Originally I tought I'd find 12 perfect pieces of each, but had to lower my standards and keep even those pieces with minor flaws or I would have never gotten to 12 placesettings! Even cheaper sets shouldn't have the number of problems these had.

Pretty, but fragile.

They are really pretty, but they don’t seem durable. Super lightweight. One of the bowls arrived broken.

Unhappy Return

I loved the design and color, but the dinner plate rim was so wide that the actual usable portion of the plate was too small. I set the return up online and it indicated there wouldn't be a return fee if I returned the order to a store. Upon returning to the store, I was charged a $25.00 return fee ($12.50 per set). Very disappointed as there are very few dishes in store to choose from and I felt that my only option was to try to order online.

Beautiful

Beautiful dishes and great color for many different decor looks. Slightly off white, which I love!! some small glazing issues but company sending replacements.

Not Tabletops Gallery Brand

I love the dishes, but they are not the Tabletops Gallery brand. They look exactly the same, but are marked Metro Home. No scratches or chips after about 6 months. Recommend.

These were attractive dishes but the quality seemed quite cheap. The bottom ride was very rough, not good if you serve directly on a table you care about and there were many inconsistencies in the finish. I returned all the sets I bought.

Great simple everyday dinnerware

Ok for daily use

One of the bowls has a small dent on the side and one of the plates' circular pattern is somewhat twisted. Looks like they're not carefully handled before fired. The bottoms of the bowls and plates are rough which is undesirable.

Great look

This dinnerware is a great update for my kitchen. I love the look and can mix and match different napkins with it to give a fresh look for holidays.

Heavy duty, heavy set, looks very expensive very good quality, love them so much i will be ordering 2 more sets.

Love, love, love this dish set! The color is so pretty and I love the elevated design on the pates. I use these for everyday, but also used them for Thanksgiving (even though I had China) just because they looked so elegant.

Beautiful dinnerware

I was very excited to get this dinnerware set. I love them so much, they are very beautiful and it makes me feel good serving dinner on them. I gave it 4 stars because I ordered 2 sets and I only got one. I am still waiting for the replacement.

Lovely dishes! Simple yet with a nice design. One of the bowls came broken, but Wayfair took care of the problem right away. Really can’t beat Wayfair customer service!

These are a great set. I’m going to purchase one more set But they are about $11.00 cheaper on Amazon.
