This is delicate. I love it, however need to be careful when using it. 

Sturdy and attractive

Template for installation very off, no instructions at all

I am grateful for having a lot of experience as a DIY homeowner. This product would have been a real challenge to install for a novice or the inexperienced. The template provided for drilling was off by a significant 3/8" and I'm glad I checked before just taping the template to the wall and started drilling. It would have been nice to have instructions that included a suggested size for the anchors, or if the product came with self-drilling anchors. Still, the product is attractive and adds just a touch of modern.

Impossible to Install

Didn’t come with any installation instructions. Impossible for a non-construction person to know how to install. Did come with a drill template and it is a beautiful piece. Hence the extra star, but might not have a choice but to return it because no understanding of how this gets installed.
