Grab bars in general are very unattractive but necessary for so many people. We constructed additional space in our home to have my Mom come and live with us and I knew we would need grab bars for future use. I had already ordered some contemporary grab bars with round escutcheon plates from another company during the start of the project. As the finishes were coming together, I had to look for others because the ones I had looked bulky and not contemporary enough. These Elevate Grab Bars by Gatco, even though more expensive, are worth the price! Sleek, modern, and beautiful! Who knew, I'd be saying that about grab bars! The contractor was impressed too. He showed a photo of the grab bars to his wife. We have a vertical one on the right also, as well as on the sides of the toilet (not pictured) and they look beautiful everywhere. I am so happy!

Overall happy with the grab bar quality and design. However the square cover over the actual mounts does not stay in place and is very loose despite being professionally installed. It sits on the actual mount but is not secure. If touched or bumped, it falls off the mount. It should be securely attached. That's my only disappointment.

As described, packaging was good but not excessive. It arrived a day late as usual with FedEx. Nice and sturdy and matches the towel bars and toilet paper holder I ordered from Wayfair in this series. The price was high but at least everything matches.

This is a beautiful grab bar. I bought it in chrome to match the rest of the hardware for my new bathroom remodeling. I'm very happy with my purchase. I'm starting my bathrooms remodulation finally tomorrow and will update with pictures once I'm done.
