To date, this is by far my favorite fry pan ! I saw many others which were much more expensive but, after comparing the design, the materials, the weight, and the overall appearance I decided that for my needs, this would be a good buy .

This pan is HORRIBLE! I tried to make potatoes like I do all the time with no issues and everything got stuck. I made salmon and it was stuck and burnt. Big waste of money!

Our pan came quickly and was as expected. I did need to use a lower heat than I usually do, but it didn't matter since the food cooked in about the same time, and it cooked evenly. It was easy to clean as well.

Does heat fast but it is not non stick. Food stick to pan completely. Try to return and they charge shipping cost $8.99. Would not purchase from Wayfair again.

It's a very nice pan. I haven't tried eggs yet so I can't fully rate it, But what I have used it for, it cooked very well and I am pleased so far.

This is a beautiful pan with great detail. Fairly heavy and seems very well made. I do think that you need to use oil or butter to get it to release well. Use medium heat and it eats evenly and cooks well. I will continue to cook different foods and look forward to using more and more.
