Excellent wok pan!
An excellent, high quality product - we like it very much, especially its large size and the helpful wooden side handle!
Good, easy to use wok
Bought as a gift, it's their first pre-seasoned wok and they love it so far. They make veggie stir fry often and said it cooks exactly as it should. Lightweight and easy to use, especially with the handles.
My new fave
This wok is my new favorite piece of cookware. It’s large and has a helper handle to manage all that delicious stir fry. It has great heat distribution and seems to be very high quality.
Well made
Easy to remove sugar from sticky chicken, I don’t like that it didn’t have a wooden cover to help with leaving food on the table!
Beautiful but not at all preseason
Bought this for my husband for Christmas. It is a beautiful big wok but definitely not preseasoned which is the whole reason I bought it. I wanted a wok that was very easy to use without the hassel of preseasoning and when he used it everything stuck. He let it soak for a bit instead of scrubbing the pan. Now it smells like rust and is still dirty. Is there a warranty on this or is it just ruined? I would seriously like a refund to buy something else.
Food sticks
Not happy , food sticks at the buttom of the pan and discolored easily after cooking with smell even after cleaning.
Great wok!
Great quality wok. Nice size that fits substantial amount of food.
A little heavy.
I like the product, my only complaint is that it's a little heavy
Amazing wok
Bought this as a gift for my brother and he uses it all the time. He said it’s the best gift he ever received. I’m going to buy one for myself now
Great product at a good price
Purchased as a Christmas gift for our son and he loves it. Uses it on a regular basis with good resukts
The best wok I have ever bought
this is the best wok I have ever bought, it’s strong and durable
Love this wok!
A reality amazing professional wok for the price. Do carefully read and follow the instructions. I’ve read other reviews about sticking but if you take all of the pre use steps you will not have any problems. I think the confusion lies in it being marketed as a preseason wok. You still to take the first time steps and follow the care directions and then it works like a dream. Great sear with out sticking
Steel Wok
I moved to a home that does not have a gas stove, so I sold my old wok. I decided to try one on electric heat and I was pleasantly surprised on how well this cooked. It was perfect and I highly recommend for an electric stove. It is heavy duty and cleans up well. I'll be upgrading to gas, but I'm sure this will work great.
Rust
We did a fry for just one time, and they washed, it rusted, we are planning to return but unable to find time to return
This pan was the one after thorough research. :)
I had previously purchased this pan for myself. I loved it so much I wanted to share the love so I bought one for my daughter. She inturn loves it too. Nice and deep and easy to clean.
Covered with unknown black substance
I bought it in store. It rusted after the first use. Leaves weird black substance if you clean it with paper towel. No idea what chemical it is and what we’re eating. I hoped for Cuisinart quality and threw away the receipt. What a waste of money!
Disappointed
Totally followed the instruction stated behind before 1st use. It stills go rusty and stick on foods. We’ve been using for 2 weeks, there are still black color sticking on our food. Oh my goodness, my hubby asked me if any return. Totally no idea to get used to
A wok with rough surface inside and out
I have purchased a Cuisinart pre seasoned in and out 14" wok, when I opened the box, the Inside surface and outside were rough, believing this must be new technology I follow the instructions and seasoned the inside with oil and onions 4 time and the first time I made stir fry using 2 tbsp of canola oil, the meat stuck to the button. I was so embarrassed with my guests. Dumped the food and wok in the garbage and ordered out.
Went in with hesitations, came out a big fan
I was pretty nervous to purchase this wok after reading the very mixed reviews, especially regarding the seasoning of the pan. However I am very happy with it! I first washed and seasoned the pan with scallions, sliced ginger and olive oil, and I have kept up with the seasoning and am only having great luck with this product. I try not to scrub when washing, I don't use heavy detergent, I don't soak the pan. After washing/rinsing I set it back on the gas burner on med/high and once all the water is dried off I wipe the pan out with a paper towel and olive oil.
Wok
It is big, and inch or 2 smaller would be much better it’s also heavy
