Good while it lasted

This trampoline was great while it lasted, but once the net poles broke that was out, they went one after the other and you can't get replacement parts. All within one and a half years into ownership. Sad...

Broken welds

I've had this for my son and the leg was wobbly. Turned over and welds on one leg were broke. Didn't even have 6 months. Other than this trampoline was used every day.

Very Sturdy! Nice and fun!

Bought this 2weeks ago and was delivered to me so quick! I was so happy and extremely satisfied with this trampoline. My first ever trampoline for my 10year old daughter. We fit in im weighing 51kgs and my daughter is 18kgs. Plus our puppy weighing 9lbs.

Great product but terrible delivery experience by Home Depot. Trampoline was delivered to wrong address and missing some parts. Once I received the actual Trampoline and missing parts, no complaints. Excellent Trampoline.

needs more Support posts- should be 2 every U-shaped leg not 1- makes for a saggy net over time, otherwise great investment.

Pretty basic as far as trampolines go. Not too difficult to put together, about par for the course. The kids and grown ups love it.

I was reluctant to buy a trampoline online but this one was very sturdy and good quality. It was not too hard to put together and the kids love it

I really like that this trampoline has powder coated pools. It looks really nice. I’m giving it 4 stars because the net doesn’t fit snug to the jumping surface so there is a very small gap. We’ve had sky walker trampolines in the past and I was disappointed to see the gapping. But overall great!

Assembly was a bit hard and as a result the powder coating will be scraped off when inserting frame parts into each other. I think that this will result in premature rust. The powder coating is not nearly as tough as it should be for metal parts sliding into each other with small tolerances.

We had the chance to set up the trampoline a few weeks ago and my son loved it. It was somewhat difficult to set up because of all the small parts and the time it took. I love that it has the mesh cage to protect my kids from flying off the trampoline. I also love that it has the protector around the metal springs that way if they happen to fall they won't hit them hard. The only thing that I disliked about the mesh cage is that the plastic hooks that keep it in place come off as the kids are jumping. We constantly have to clip those back on. Other than that, we love how it bounces, it is not super heavy to move/drag, and it's easy to clean.

Upper bounce trampolines are great quality. They are easy to assemble. Their safety nets hold up very well. Make sure you order anchors to hold it down. Can blow away in storms.

Great trampoline

Great trampoline, especially considering the price. , ,,,,,, Easy to set up. Perfect bounce. Perfect for teenagers ( and adults) with the 330 lbs max weight. , ,,,,,,,,,,,,, Once set up it turned out the enclosure net had a little tear in it. Reported this to customer service, and a couple days later we received a complete new net! That's service.

Great trampoline!

We recently purchased this trampoline on line and it was delivered quickly in two well packaged boxes. It was indeed easy to assemble with directions that were easy to understand. And best of all, the kids love it!

Kids love it

The install is the only bad thing I have to say about the trampoline. Some of the screws didn't fit properly, had to force them in. After that frustration, the trampoline has been great! My larger teenagers have been on it together, but I don't recommend this for every day use with going over the weight limit. My son and I have jumped on it and it has felt safe and great for the 2 of us as we do not exceed the weight limit! Great trampoline!

Need some redesigning

After we inserted cast iron plumbing pipes into the poles that hold the netting we do not have any issues. Previous to that the poles were bending inward very easily. Otherwise the structure is very solid - 4 kids aren't a problem at all.
