Compact, Easy to Set Up

Arrived with everything illustrated in this listing. Since the coconut coir brick isn’t wrapped, it crumbles and sheds a little during transport, making the composter look dirtier than it is upon delivery. The coir dust is easily removed by a dry cloth or a can of air duster (like for your computer keyboard) if you have one handy. The only things missing in this kit are the 2-3 sheets of black-and-white newspaper (no color ink) you’ll need, and your worms. Maybe a few extra sheets of newsprint or very rugged fabric to cover your worms once they’re moved in as well, depending in your weather. This worm farm is very easy to assemble; the unit is lightweight and comes with good instructions. General guidelines for upkeep are on the same pamphlet that are easy to understand. I really like that this unit is not tall or bulky. The coconut coir brick is for one working tray, I believe (for the quantity of worms I have). When the time comes to start the second tray, I’ll get another coir brick. There is no smell. Made of suitably sturdy material. I don’t intend to use any fluid that drains into the tray under the unit, but the pamphlet indicates that a spigot to collect it is an available option, as are plastic or wooden legs for keeping the worm farm off the floor. For the price, this system is an excellent value. Recommended!

Worm composting made rasy

This was new for our family. Have been composting for a few years with Traditional composures. A friend told us that this is slower way to compost. Ur a more efficient way by using worms. Kids love it, wife not too crazy about the worms but lives the fact that there is no real smell. The worms eat and poop out compost rich in nutrients.

Love it - worms seem very happy and I am excited to be able to continue composting while I live in a high-rise!

I love this . It also came with some coconut fiber which I didnt expect which was awesome

Easy to put but bugs flies still get in there not sure how to get rid of that but it’s a great products. My worms come this week and we can’t hardly wait

My girls are super excited to have this worm farm. It was easy to se up. It came on a rainy day so finding worms was no problem

Simply love my worm farm! It is just the right size for my backyard and is very easy to put together. Waiting on my worms to arrive. I even ordered the leg extensions!
