I've used these filters for a year and will probably never go back to paying so much more to have them installed for me. I was able to install them myself - it wasn't hard to do, and they've lasted the whole period without any problems. I'm only replacing them now because I know they should be replaced annually.

Easy WAY TO SHOP!
When purchasing a water filter system online, it is easier to replace the filters by ordering those online also. It is difficult to find at local retailers or on their website.

I use the product for drinking water. The result is the best you can get. I stop carrying bottles all water in my house.
Handles everything for a long time
If I were to do it over, again, I would use the 20" filter instead of the 10" in order to lower the flow resistance. Since most of my domestic uses don't require more than 3 gpm, I can live with the 10+ psi drop by boosting the pressure tank from 40/60 to 50/70 in order to make up for it, without killing my pump. That wouldn't be a problem, at all, with the 20" filter.
