It was a little confusing trying to figure out how it worked since there were no instructions. However, once I was able to open it, I realized how easy it was to use and place food into.

We microchipped our Gatto and bought the cat door and feeders. Left our Gatto for 4 days, it worked perfectly! Although he is happy we are home, he was well fed and safe!

Work well nicely made water one little hard to get water to start coming down but after a while works fine

Dogs love it having more water last longer.

She Loves Them

Now she doesn't have to get me to figure out she wants to eat or drink and it's a relief for me not to have to fill bowls multiple times a day. We love them. Think about making them in multiple colors, that'd be cool.

Water dispenser broke

I purchased this set less than a month ago and the water dispenser broke this morning when I was trying to reattach it to the base. This is very upsetting.

The feeder does not drop the food as expected. You have to regularly shake it down. Additionally, the water dispenser must be put in precisely or the basin doesn’t fill.

This set is large capacity for cats or small dogs. My only complaint is that the water tank is hard to remove to fill or clean. Otherwise, it is well worth the money!

Poor quality for the money!

Plastic very thin, lid to food opening hard to snap on I’m afraid that I will break the plastic, the worst is the food will not drop down, when bowl empty I have to shake it to auto feed, and yes I am using small cat food! Iams for my cats I don’t think you can get any smaller food!

I tried to use these for my cats. The dry chow did not flow down. When the cats ate all the food in the bottom bowl, the rest of the chow just stayed in the plastic bulb part, and the bowl stayed empty.

Dry food gets stuck

The water bowl works great. But my poor cats get hungry waiting for their food to drop. It requires prying to reach it to bring it into the bowl. I’m disappointed.
