This product is perfect for our situation, not alot of space to have a hot tub, but fits perfect.

Great hot tub for small spaces for two seniors. Easy startup. Looks nice(good color) . Jets work well for small pump. However, awkward having to unscrew access equipment panel . Small short metal screws. Would’ve been nice to have hinge on bottom of door. Have to elevate door while putting screws in. Also no white glove service. Yet spa was brought to front door(where unit) was being installed. Paid delivery people 100 extra to take out of box and set upright.

Very happy with the AquaRest 2-person hot tub. It fits our covered patio perfectly. We love the the gray sandstone color. The waterfall and the different colors it projects is very relaxing.

BEWARE - THE UNIT IS SOLD AS PLUG AND PLAY 120 VOLT . HAD WARRENTY OUT TO REPLACE ALL THE PARTS AS THE GFCI KEPT TRIPPING ONCE THE HEATER KICKED ON. TURNS OUT THE HEATER IS 240 VOLT AND THAT IS WHY MY HOT TUB WILL NOT RUN. ITS BEEN 46 DAYS IVE HAD THIS NON WORKING TUB. HAD TO HIRE AN ELECTRICIAN TO COME OUT AND TEST CONTROL PANEL, PLUGS ETC AND THEN DISCOVERED YOU NEED A DEDICATED PLUG 240 - THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. TO RUN A DEDICATED PLUG IS BIG BUCKS....

Plug & Play! Just like advertised. Plugged it in filled it up and was in the hot tub the next day after it warmed up. Great amount of jets just where I like them

No Full Foam Insulation as Advertised

I found very little foam insulation between the inside and outside walls of the spa?!? I could stick my arm two feet inside the walls and very little insulation. The spa is advertised as “This Spa delivers optimum performance and requires less energy with full foam insulation”. I contacted the company and was told they would do nothing?!?

I got this just over a year ago, I waited to review until the “new wore off”. I still love it to this day!

We have had the hot tub for a couple of days and so far it has been great!

Just received our new hot tub. It looks great, not running yet since we have to get it set up. Will come back with an update. The only complaint I would have been the delivery company. Had the tub for almost a week before delivery, they are only 10 miles away from us. Rescheduled by the company, first reason was they needed a bigger truck...duh. But the guys on the truck were super nice. Update: It has been a few weeks since we set up out hot tub and we are loving it. The water gets up to the 102 temp and it feels great. Adjustable jets work great, love the waterfall and the colored lights. Perfect size for our needs. We filled it, plugged it in and it was all set. We don't run the jets and the heat at the same time, not sure if it will blow a fuse. But it is up to the heat we want in no time. You won't be sorry for deciding on this tub. I recommend it totally.

Love it! Did not raise my power bill even over the winter
